Has minors closing, and running the store who work over hours they are legally allowed doing positions they aren’t allowed to. Multiple employees pay shorted many times. Cheese is moldy and often served that way. Owners allowed racist comments from an employee to another, no real management to run and supervise the store those “in charge” are kids or violate labor laws. Store should be shut down.

I live in Buffalo, NY and drive through Cincinnati a couple times a year. This place would be a huge success up there. We LOVE stuff like this. I have to make sure I visit a Gold Star every time I drive through. The Lobby’s are always closed in all the locations I’ve visited over the years.

Every time I go they mess up my order. Then the manager tried to make me feel like there was something wrong with me. They did correct the order once. She realized the young lady did mess up but for the last 4 times my order had to be made over. Only at this locationVegetarian options: They have veggie meat that can be used to substitute any of your choice
Not impressed with service at drive thru.I was contacted by Gold Star and given a free coney for my troubles l. That will not induce me to return, but it was a nice gesture.

Coneys were superbly Gold Star, but the store looked like it was closed. We had to follow someone else through the drive-thru because we thought they were out of business. Judging by the fact that their dining room is only open from 11 to 4, they might as well be! I need my Gold Star, so I hope they improve.Vegetarian options: Meatless chili and saladsParking: Parking in nearby strip mall.

It took an extreme amount of time (approx. 10 minutes) for the waitress to come over and take our order. There were several employees just standing around doing nothing (playing on their phones). One finally came over and took our order. We then waited over 15 minutes for our cheese coneys. The food was fine. The price is insanely high!
