We make sure and stop here every time we are in Cincinnati. We love their food and everyone is so nice. We got takeout and they called to let us know we forgot our pasta salad.

I've been to the upstairs bar several times and outside of lunch, the service by the bar staff is terrible. Each time, the bartenders would rather clean glasses or chat with their friends as opposed to taking care of the customers at the bar to the point that it's clear it's intentional. Tonight was especially bad for both my group and the group sitting next to us. I live in the area and at this point doubt I'll back which is a shame since the pizza is good and the atmosphere is great.

First time at this location. Pizza was better than their Covington KY location. The only complaint at the Montgomery location is for a large(8 slices) they could only spare 10 pieces of pepperoni in total(and yes I did count them lol). That wasn't even 2 pieces of pepp.... per slice ?. But will order again but ask not to be greedy with toppings. The (stock photo) I added is what they use on their website, what I received looked NOTHING like that. ?

I normally love this place, but we just ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza that has so much cheese that the pizza couldn’t even cook. The pizza tasted like nothing but dough and giant blobs of hardly melted cheese. Extremely disappointed.

We went in and got their lunch special, a slice of pizza, bread stick, and drink. The serving size of both the pizza and the bread stick were huge. That was nice. The pizza didn't stay warm for long, and it wasn't great cold. If you buy a whole, freshly baked pizza, it would probably be good. The bread stick was good. The price for all three was decent. So it wasn't completely bad. I would most likely try it again, but I will get a fresh whole pizza.
Ordered pick up 16 inch pie I live right around the corner from here food was cold. Also ordered 2 breadsticks only got one and they were hard to eat. Just like the pizza crust and bottom were tough. The ingredients tasted wierd like it was sitting in the fridge too long idk. The food had no seasoning just bland everything. First time experience was horrible and that is very disappointing considering all the good reviews and recommendations. Yuck!
