Not only was the ice cream fantastic, but the staff was patient and friendly, while being very busy. In addition, when asked about a particular flavor, they offered a small taste and some advice on what others thought of it. This is an excellent location.

Great location good service had a mulch fire in the parking lot a couple of us and the Mrg kept it under control till the FD arrived. Mrg Adam grabbed 2 fire extinguishers to help us put it out great job to all who helped save the Ice Cream.

Graeter's has the best ice cream in the world. Their pastries are amazing, and the ice cream is to die for. My favorite flavor is Black Rasberry Chocolate Chip. You absolutely must try Graeter's!

My girlfriend and I always like coming to this location i usually get a butter scotch shake with cookie dough and there's this nice guy that tale our order in the drive thru and always have a laugh whenever he takes our order due to him being humorous. I love the staff they are always friendly ❤ will always come back !

The place is clean, employees are friendly. My problem is that their milkshakes are crazy expensive, and the last two times I’ve ordered them it’s like drinking completely melted ice cream. Or like sweetened milk. Am I crazy for thinking a $7 small milkshake should be thick? Anyway, you pay a premium to eat here, their ice cream is good and the service is certainly better than UDF, but they need to up their shake game.
