Growing up in Cincinnati everyone knows their ice cream is the best! But I saw a review that the staff is somewhat pushy re: buying more and sadly found it to be true. (I had to say NO to 4 additional requests.....)

Service was fair kid didn't know answers about ice cream For small kids this place is terrible the counter is close to 5' tall , kids can't see anything, plus ice cream choices are unable to be looked at so you have to recite the entire menu back to the kids Ice cream (chocolate chip) was fair not graet

GREATERS is always top notch . Can't go wrong , to many flavors to make, to many to taste . Even though I can't have even a single lick anymore ( I'll get sick ? ) , I still enjoy bringing out if towners, kids, family, every one .- the staff is amazing , especially at this location.- parking was tight , but easily found some across the street- clean,- fun .- friendly- it's GREATERSParking: Across the street, time might be limited, but easy to get in, get out.

This is one of the best ice cream places we stopped at thru our travels. Excellent creamy ice cream with wonderful flavors. I had Blueberry Cobbler! It was perfect. Prices were reasonable for 2023. Worth a stop. Line was bit long for a reason. Ruby liked it.

The ice cream was good and the restaurant was clean. There are no restrooms for customers, the manager was rude to employees in front of customers, and we had cross contamination of different ice creams with what we ordered.

For many, many years this Graeter's in Mariemont Square has been my favorite place for ice cream. When I return to Cincinnati to visit after living there for many years, I must go to this place as it is so delightful in such a beautiful setting. Of course, the ice cream and all the other goodies speak for them selves. And where can you get a nectar soda these days??

Sometimes when I'm at this location there's this man who acts very strange. He wears sunglasses indoors and harasses the employees. He also seems to make other customers uncomfortable. Idk if Graeter's is aware of this, but it's very weird.

I walked in and looked at the ice cream selection to the left.. then walked towards the counter to order ice cream and when I was walking up the manager, a older white lady with glasses gave me the rudest glare asking asking what do I need...I'm pretty people that look like me do t come in here, but treat us with respect too. Sad this has to be said. The cashier was very nice and professional though. Can't say the same for the rude manager..
Kenwood location at the corner of Montgomery Rd. and Galbraith has dine-in seating as well as a children's play place! Service is fast. Graeter's flavors speak for themselves. The rewards program app is worth it!

Another holiday and STILL Greaters uses that high fructose corn syrup poison. I would buy/enjoy more good stuff if this detrimental ingredient were eliminated. Please do.

The store has a comfortable Layout , unlike Hyde park or clifton. It was very clean. My two scoop sundae was fantastic. The candy counter lady was very kind and helpful, and Cathy was not there pushing bakery goods or candy on me to “compliment” my purchase.
