11/6/2023 Great decor and atmosphere, neat concept, understaffed, nearly every table needed to be bussed the entire time I was there. Pancakes were extremely dry and tasted like baking soda, eggs were rubbery and bacon was cheap and greasy. My plate was definitely left under the heat lamp far too long. Coffee was decent, no sugar or regular creamer provided, syrup for pancakes and ketchup for my friends' fries only available upon request. Will definitely not be back.

Terrible experience, down right racist/prejudice. We were seated after a large group of white people even though we arrived before them and our table was ready as soon as we walked in. We ended up being seated at that exact table that was available prior to that group walking in the door. The hostess pointed at our table instead of walking us to it but shortly after walked two white males to their table once they arrived with menus in hand. I had to go ask for menus. Our waiter did not acknowledge us but he acknowledged the white people that were seated next to us who arrived after us. Even though they were seated after us their order was taken immediately. We left without ordering any food.

I would have given this a higher rating if the service not been so slow. It took over 50 minutes from ordering our food to actually eating it. Lots if servers bringing water and coffee but food coming out of the kitchen was slow. The food, when it came, was delicious. Eggs cooked correctly, bacon crisp, pancakes perfect. Coffee is delicious. Parking was expensive.

My dining experience at Hathaway’s today after the Making Strides walk was magnificent because of the effort made by the manager Lil. She was phenomenal from getting our party of 13 seated to making sure every order was fulfilled to helping the waitress get our bills correctly paid. Lil truly went above and beyond and exemplified how to turn a difficult situation into a smooth transaction. Thank you Lil for your patience attention and understanding. You made our day!!

We went there for breakfast after a employee from the hotel we were staying at( netherlands hilton) told us the breakfast buffet at the hotel was 42 dollars per person. Thats just crazy! We weren't disappointed at Hathaways ,Nice place, good service and most of all breakfast was delicious.

How do you mess up waffles. Oh excuse me tiny waffle. It was kind of hard and tasted like a fritter with no apple. Sausage was hard. Never again eating here.

We stayed at the hotel next door and decided to come here for breakfast. We walked in at 9am and didn't leave until 11am. 2 hrs for breakfast is unreal, it was insanely slow service. Never got refills on drinks, never checked in on us, nothing. For the food- not even worth it. $73 for 4 people, and my French toast was ice cold, and the eggs had shells in them. I would never go here again, and everyone sitting around us was saying the same

If you expect courtesy and polite service, don't even walk in the door of this place. The lady who worked on Sunday, September 17, at 10:15 AM was extraordinarily rude from the moment I walked in. I am a cargo pilot on a layover, so I often eat alone, so I was the only one wanting a table. When I walked in, I stood there while the hostess disappeared for an excessive amount of time. When she returned, I had a large group of people behind me. She completely ignored me and asked the group how many she had. I stated that I was there first, and she rudely told me, "I saw you, and I will get to you!" Once she seated me, she took off again. I saw where the menus were so I got up, headed that way and asked if I could get one of those menus. She sternly told me, "I was about to get you one in just a second," with a short and insulting tone of voice. Once I got the menu, she talked about me to another customer right in front of me as if I weren't sitting there. The customer asked her how she was doing, and she said, "I would be alright if people would be more patient!" I said, "You know I'm sitting right here, right?" She said, "Yes, that's why I said it loud enough for you to hear it!" I got up, handed her the menu, and said, "You just lost a customer because of your rude attitude." She mumbled something unintelligible under her breath, and I left. I WILL NOT go back there again, and I recommend that you don't even darken their door if "Miss Ray of Sunshine" is working the counter when you walk in.
