DELICIOUS ice cream!! I shared the Earl Grey Yuzu and the Banana Honey Comb. Both were absolutely amazing. The staff was very nice and allowed me to sample as many as possible and the portion was large.

Wry delicious and unique flavors. I got the Dutch chocolate and find it way better than what you would get at UDF. Plus they have these cake rolls with various frosting and fillings. I didn’t try any of them but they looked amazing.

The ice cream was really great, however the in-store experience was lacking. When I had first walked in there were a good amount of people congregated at the front of the store. It would have been helpful to know where to order.When we ordered the person taking our order went back up front to help out. It seemed like everyone was moving and working hard, but it was very inefficient. After about 5 minutes my wife got her ice cream, then a few minutes later the people in front of us got theirs, then a few minutes later I got mine. I was a little curious that my wife’s and I’s order didn’t come out at the same.In short I would rate higher if the processes get worked out and become a little more efficient.

Could use some more artwork or something, a lot of empty space. Hello Honey is delicious and always has been, but I loved them for their milkshakes and apparently they don’t do milkshakes anymore. Milk and a blender is all you need to open yourself up to a lot more customers…

on Wednesday evening the 27th, the server helped me pick the best ice cream flavor, she was so full of joy and so nice. That girl deserves a raise. Hello Honey is my new ice cream shop will continue going there.

I came in for delicious ice cream on Wednesday Evening on March 27th and I was greeted by a girl with a welcoming smile. She was very friendly and helped me choose the best ice cream. The Ice cream was delicious, and the service was just as sweet. 100/10. Would come again.
Great ice cream and wonderful flavors. Although the service is great, you need at least 3-4 workers at a time. Especially after dinner hours(730-10) Invest in a couple more waffle makers. With it being less than a year old it's all a learning curve! We will be back for sure.

Nice local spot in Pleasant Ridge without the lines of Jeni's with great ice cream. They also have cake rolls (they have a name but I forget). Not your typical flavors but very delicious especially if you have an adventurous palate. Some tables and seating inside and also some chairs outside. Good place to grab ice cream and walk around the Pleasant Ridge shops.

Long story short, it was incredible. One of the big differences between good ice cream or cake and the regular kind is the sweetness. Too much sweetness will mask the flavor or the lack of flavor. But high quality dessert foods, such as what you get at Hello Honey, balances sweetness with actual flavor. It's utterly exquisite.

This place is just way too delicious. Had to check out the new location. The toasted marshmallow is like the cherry on top. Be careful, this will become your new favorite neighborhood ice cream parlor.
