We had a good experience at this IHOP. The service was good, as was the food.

This was terrible. We waited almost an hour for our food. The plate they served our food on was hotter than our food. The staff told us that it was because they got a new waffle iron? Poor service, even worse food.

Walked in to an empty place..One table sat. 4 or 5 people working. The wife and I ordered chicken and waffles. Plain. 50 minutes. And they came out cold. Don't waste your time here.

I made a delivery order! The omelette had absolutely NO seasoning/flavor! My hash browns were BURNT!! And I didn’t receive my 2 sausage links I ordered separately!!!

Jeff the manager is amazing he worked so hard to resolve my issue. Only thing I suggest is READ YOUR BILL do not trust the kindness of strangers, you will get home and find you had a $30 meal for 3 but charged 2 T-Bone steaks for$50

Ordered breakfast to go at 0640.Got every aspect of my orders wrong and missing a whole order. Went back to get it corrected and still messed it all up. Idk how because I was the only person there. It's very weird I was in the area again around 5pm doing errands and still no one was eating in. No cars in the parking lot at all, but it was open. Take that as a sign to not eat at this location at least.

Food is good but they need more staff. Poor Jasmine is doing the work of 5 people and is doing a great job at it

So apparently this place isn't 24hrs, we came in on a Sunday morning at 5:20 and waited for 10 minutes without a sign of staff except for the sound of what I think was cooking coming from the kitchen. After our wait we were told they don't open until 6am. So this place shouldn't be listed as 24hrs. I can't speak for the food since we didn't get to try anything but the staff seemed less than attentive.

Strikingly terrible experience. The server did not care at all. Not mean but she clearly did not want to be there. The speakers played music completely overwhelmed by static. When I asked to have it turned off she said that she didn't know how to do so.Overall, so hilariously bad that I don't know if the restaurant is even attempting to stay in business.

Went to the Oakley location to have breakfast for dinner. I was the only customer in the place. Food was good, but they cooked my steak wrong. I ordered medium rare but it was medium well, no pink at all. I was hungry so just went ahead and ate it. Then I ordered the Girl Scout pancakes to go. Got home they didn't give me the whipped cream or the cream cheese topping. So was disappointed on my carry out order.
