Showed up with only 2 other tables seated. 45 minutes later, we were told they were dealing with issues in the kitchen and were working on our order. 15 minutes after that we were told they were just cooking it now and it would be 15 minutes. Second time service was this bad. First time writing a review. Will never go back.

Trying to pick up a DoorDash order at this location as a joke. Anywhere from a 20 minute to 45 minute wait just to pick up a customer's order. Last time I delivered the person told me they had been waiting 2 hours for their food.

It was a late night dining experience. The service was ok. The staff was huddled in the corner laughing, joking, and playing around. I got takeout and the food was very good.

It took a while for no one to be in the entire restaurant. However, it was well worth the wait! OMG! The steak omelet was on point, the hashbrowns were fully cooked but not overcooked and plentiful, and the pancakes...SHEESH! Great job guys, we absolutely smashed!
My husband and I actually just left this location and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and didn't get seated or acknowledged. We decided to leave and have breakfast somewhere else where we were seated the first 4 seconds.

Lobby was full. Staff never talked to anyone. Staff wouldn't even look over at people waiting. I should be able to do 0 stars. We left due to all this. Last time we went here they said no cooks.
Believe the reviews . I thought how bad could an ihop be ? Food poisoning that’s how bad . Just travel the extra few miles to go to a decently ran ihop.

Don't do it...I will drive across town if I ever get a taste for IHOP again?...this location is in the PERFECT! spot, but the people who work there are giving this place a bad name. I dined alone and the number of complaints I witnessed was unreal, I almost got up and left because it took them 40 minutes to bring my breakfast and the place was darn near empty, it was myself and maybe like two couples. They were complaining behind me and the to go orders were complaining at the door. Two people came back with complaints about their orders being wrong...I really like IHOP but this location is not good. Sorry guys, but your game needs to be stepped up and your work flow needs to be totally improved?

We got seated in about 5 mints, but then it was a few to get drinks then about 45 mints to get food. We were told it was the door dash orders that were making our order wait to be made. Raw bacon, cold eggs, cold pancakes. We will not be going back. Yeah to all who don't leave their home for food ,but I braved the cold and also leave a tip. I recommend you take care of dining in customers first. $36.00 could have been well spent somewhere else.

I waited for 30 minutes for a drink order, was largely ignored, had my meal and my wife's cooked incorrectly, and didn't trust to ask for anything to get fixed for fear that I'd be there for another hour waiting on something to get done, or that an obviously checked out staff would take it as an insult. And IHOP doesn't serve grits? Really?! There was one person working front of house while the manager sat on her laptop in a corner. Classic middle manager attitude, can't be bothered to help run things, nope, walked around complaining loudly on her phone about her staff and playing on her laptop.Do I expect fine dinning at an IHOP?, of course not, but I expect fresh made waffles, poached eggs that aren't hard and don't take 45 minutes to come out, the proper number of pancakes for my order, fresh coffee, hash browns that dont taste like soap, and to be checked on more than once.Also saw the robot copy paste response to bad reviews. I'm not changing, if you want to give me my money back that's fine but otherwise don't waste my time or yours copy pasting begging a review change. The management of the location needs to be overhauled or youre going to continue getting these reviews. There's been a lot of them lately by the look.
