Inspiring Kind delivered an exceptional cookie tray for our wedding rehearsal dinner! We had an unusual request for cookies shaped like horses and chef hats (related to nicknames for the bride and groom) and they even created a horse wearing a chef hat for our design. Guests raved about the taste of the cookies as well as the design. Thanks for adding to our special weekend!

I usually have great experiences here. I bring my kids for the super cute cookies and usually kind customer service. However it’s been months since we’ve been back and now I remember why. There is a young women who works the cash register with blonde highlights and she is not inspiring any kind of kindness. She greeted us like she was disgusted that she had to talk to us and my kids are always SO excited to go to the “pink cookie place”. The cookies are good for what they are but with nasty customer service we will not be coming back. Please practice inspiring more kindness!

Walked in for the first time to discuss ordering cookies for a milestone birthday party. The girl behind the counter was so rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Walked out and will never step foot in there again. Lost my business and when I mentioned them to my friends my friends had the same feedback with this store - rude!

I could not have had a better experience with inspiring kind! Ordered 24 custom cookies for a baby baptism and was very impressed with the delicious taste, artful decorating, and fast turnaround time for my order. I gave them creative freedom and they used several different shapes (which I wasn't necessarily expecting) and a really cute color scheme. As a graphic designer, I have high standards for the artwork/decorating and I was highly impressed! I will definitely be using them in the future, and highly recommend them!

I love this bakery! They did cupcakes for my wedding and they are seriously the best cupcakes I've ever had!! Every year for my daughter's birthday we get cookies and cupcakes from them and they always knock it out of the park!

Haven't had their treats in a long time. These are new owners in a new location. My wife came home with 3 small cupcakes and 3 small fish cookies for 21 dollars. I was very disappointed in the taste of the cookies and especially the cupcakes. The yellow cake tasted stale, and the frosting was on level with Betty Crocker or Pillsbury frosting. The cookies were acceptable, but nothing like the ones I remember from the previous owners. Busken smile cookies taste much better. We won't be back.
