For the price...you can't beat it. It's like 8-12 dollars for a sandwich combo with chips - and the sandwiches are great. Also there's free ice cream which is a great perk.You don't really come here for the atmosphere lolParking can kind of be a pain...

The worker at the cash register had an earbud in, taking a personal phone call, talking aloud to her earbud as I tried to order. In the middle of my order, she said “who you calling a snitch?” I said excuse me and she just pointed to her earbud and continued to have a personal conversation out loud.

Cincinnati location: The food was good...but the service and the attitude of the staff was horrible. She couldn't give us a price for a sandwich and salad bar....she rang it up wrong charging us $40 and then only gave us one plate and I had to pay another $10 for my husband's salad. We asked another worker about the plates and they wouldn't even look at me, she pointed and said "over there."The bathrooms were disgusting and filthy and when I told her she walked away.

Food was OK but Service was terrible. We got there right after they open and made a to go order. Most of the staff stood around While our food waited on the toaster. The manager rushed around, trying to do some work and the whole ordeal took 15 minutes with zero customers to make a sandwich while w we gone sat around doing nothing

The food is decent but the location in Oakley has TERRIBLE service. The restaurant charges .94 cents extra to dine in. However when you ask the workers walking around for anything, a to go box for instance, they tell you to come to the counter to get it. Lolol Instead of just bringing the extra things you need to you. It’s a mess often. The ladies bathroom sink hardly gives you any water to wash your hands. I’ve been to this location several times and every time, I experience very poor service. The workers don’t seem to want to serve. They just stare at you when you ask for anything. Decent food. Terrible service.
We visited Jason’s Delhi after a reds game. Waited to place our order while the staff was busy ignoring us. When young lady finally decided to take our orders she simply stood there and stared at us, no greeting, no sorry for your wait, nothing. Food was ok- how do you mess up a salad bar? Party of 6 and we will not be back. Horrible customer service- in hindsight we should have walked out.

From walking in the door and waiting for a line cook to tell the cashier to take her ear buds out and wait on us. To when I dumped my pop on the counter and I cleaned it all by myself. Including the dirty floor. Then when I went to wash my hands, the water came out a trickle. The paper towels dispenser was boken. Then due to the order not printing out, my mother had to go ask about her food. Overall not a great experience. Kinda blows my mind that this place has only been open for a hand full of years and is already falling apart. Oh and there was no toilet paper. My mom went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper and she watched an employee leave after goin to the restroom and did not wash her hands.

Lots of choices. They have a self serve salad bar which is rare these days. Free soft serve ice cream which was a nice surprise. I got the managers special. 1/2 sandwich and your choice of side. I got the beefeater and the fresh fruit and a side of salt and vinegar chips. The sandwich was ok. The fruit was really fresh. He got the Carmela sandwich which had ham, pepperoni and salami, provolone cheese with this spicy relish on sourdough. Now his was really good. I would order that again. We dined in and it was peaceful. I would go again.

awesome food, great value, tons of food and very clean. Also they don't have tips at checkout. I'm not against tips but when you pick up your food at counter and you want a reasonable cost for a meal it's appreciated.

Excellent service. Food was very good. Lots of variety to chose!! Fresh ingredients! Didn't do the salad bar but everything looked good. Ice cream was delicious!!
