I went Saturday at around 530 PM and it was terrible. We walked in and stood in line with 5 other people for about 15 mins. Not a single word from an employee. The poor door dasher at the pick up counter waited about 20 more mins for his order too. The guy who took our orders was not friendly and it did not seem like any of the employees wanted us in the store. The floor looked like it hasn't been swept or mopped in weeks and the tables clearly hadn't been wiped down all day. I am not normally critical of food places but this was a bad experience.

I went there on Saturday. There young men in there at the counter. Let's say they weren't very welcoming. They acted like I was bothering them . One of them took my order. A giant #13 done Mike's way. I commented on the tomatoes. They looked like they were days old.they still put them on the sandwich. I looked around and noticed things are getting dirty . Looks like things aren't being taken care of too much anymore. I guess I won't be going back. I will try to find another one who cares about there business.

I walked in and said my name. They said somebody just picked up my order about 10 minutes ago. I said well they just stole my order. Right then as I'm standing there somebody else just walked up and grabbed a bag without saying anything and left. I said you guys should keep an eye on that, you didn't say anything and have no idea if they paid for it either. I sat down and waited for them to remake my order and during that time two separate people came in and took orders off the counter without saying a word and the employees didn't say anything to them either. If you guys want free food just go to the Jersey Mike's in Eastgate and walk up to the counter and take the pickup orders off the counter and leave without saying anything. I hope those two guys learned a lesson. At least one of them seemed kind of embarrassed that it happened. The other guy said I don't know why a door dasher would come and steal your order and I thought to myself that's probably a very common thing these days. Posing as DoorDashers and walking out with people's orders

I accidentally ordered to pick up from the Eastgate location at 12:15 today. Went to Milford and realized my mistake. Called Eastgate and told the girl I had made a mistake and wouldn't be able to pick up my order they already made. She was very friendly and refunded my money on my card which was unexpected and really nice since I messed up. I appreciate the great customer service and always love the subs, service and clean restaurant when I go to both locations. Thank you!

Drove over an hour to get philly subs. They were dry, hardly any onions or bell peppers and very little cheese. And even the meat was super dry. So disappointed. We normally get these and they are delicious. But not here this time!

Back in 2017 about an hour before closing, I decided to try Jersey Mike's for the first time. I had just finished shopping at Kroger's next door. And I walked into this location. I approached the counter and looked their menu. Almost immediately after I approached the counter, a counter employee stated they had no bread. I didn't receive receive a "Hello" or "Welcome to Jersey Mike's". Nothing. I rally wanted to try a sandwich but it was not to be. Had they greeted me and then provided me with the fact they they were out of bread, I would have understand and returned another day. I would have been excited yo return since, clearly, the sandwiches were in high demand. But, no. As a result, I have never walked into another Jersey Mike's. And I take every opportunity to share this story. You lost a customer even before I was customer. I truly hope things have changed at this location.

I love the sandwiches here. Lots of sub sandwich variety and they really pile on the ingredients. The largest sub is a bit expensive, around $20 with a coke, but you can easily get two meals out of it.There is also a Krogers nearby in case you want something else to drink.
