Stopped in around 6pm yesterday 3/20/2024. Only a few cars in the drive thru. While attempting to place my order I was cut off after every pause and had to repeat I am sorry I am not done. Woman was short, but I gave the benefit of the doubt being dinner rush hour. I paid, was given no receipt and told to pull around the building to wait. After seeing 3 cars leave the drive thru, and one person go in and come out with carry out I went inside. Was finally given my food only to go home and find the wrong sides, and no brownie in the bag. Attempted to call but the phone just rang and rang. Maybe a bad night?

Won't go back. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they didn't have the chicken I asked for. They would gladly swap. I said no. How long a wait I asked. 10 minutes, I was told. I said just give me my money back. They said no refunds. I paid in cash, just give my money back. I don't know who you think your talking to was the response as she pointed to her stupid sign. I went outside called the hotline. Made it worse as you get an Indian who can't speak or understand english.

The dining room was nasty. The bathroom was disgusting and out of date. This has become the worse KFC in the US.While employees are just standing around doing nothing this place is horrible. This is why most restaurants have a district manager, obviously this location isn't being visited or improved. Look at the reviews this place is failing on purpose. The more satisfied customers the more work,the more angry customers the less work. Go lean against the counter while your store is disgusting and failing in every aspect. No ketchup or honey in the lobby so I Stood at the counter for 3 minutes just for honey. They asked me to use the kiosk and would not take my order even though they weren't busy at all. If I could give ZERO STARS that would actually reflect the food and service you will receive if you go here.

Kiosk is how you order. We had an awful time getting it to work. Went to counter and asked if there was someone who can help us. The girl that came out was rude. Acted like it was so easy and we was too stupid to figure it out. But then she couldn't get it to work. She had to restart it. Asked 3 times for a receipt. Won't go back. I wouldn't send anyone there. And when I found out the girl that 'helped' us was the manager, I thought she needs to be fired. I spent over $20 there and it wasn't great. And the manager had gloves on, fixed her hair with gloved hand and reached in to get chicken. All around bad place to eat.

Service is HORRIBLE! The workers are RUDE and extremely LAZY! We had 6 people in our family and waited 45 minutes for our chicken. When we ordered we were told a 20 min wait for our chicken which we said was fine. After 25 minutes we asked if it was done and they told us another 5. After 5 min they told us it was almost done. 46 min in total from the time on our receipt. No cars came through the drive thru (obviously people know not to come here) and 2 men came in to order them left bc no one would help them. We asked for water cups and they said I'll have to check if I'm allowed. REALLY! Do not go to this KFC. The manager is just beyond rude with an attitude. Did not want to give us condiments. Yelled at an employee for giving us 6 plates. THERE ARE 6 OF US. When asked for an Xtra fork we were told I counted 6 when I gave you them. Well one was being used as a scooping for for the sides. I shouldn't have to explain why I need another one. Bathroom and dining room floors were filthy and tables need wiped. And the 3 workers just stood around leaning on the counters doing nothing. Will never come here again!

This was the worst KFC experience ever. There is no customer service at all. You have to yell back into the store to get anyone's attention if you should happen to need anything, salt, ketchup, sauces you requested, wrong order fixed, etc., ,They have kiosk now to place your orders so I guess they don't realize you are there to enjoy the experience and relax.The manager on staff was completely rude and refused to even stop long enough to let me explain my request.Lived in this area my whole life and have always enjoyed their restaurant but will not be back to this location again.Very disappointed.

Ordered food at 4:06 at 4:15 I went inside to find out how much longer it would be, the manager said "didn't I tell you there would be a wait, I told her it shouldn't take that long, she said it takes 16 minutes to cook, I asked her why didn't she have some ready, she said we're cleaning. It took 30 minutes to get a 12 piece meal.

We ordered extra crispy chicken, not only was only half extra crispy, the chicken was rubbery! Then we also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and didn't get the gravy making the potatoes

If cold food, bad attitudes and half of the menu is available then this is your kind of KFC. I will not be coming back to this location as long as this manager is running the show over here.

I came through there about an hr/2 hrs ago and ordered 12 piece meal and asked for honey. They gave me 11 pieces (so now I can't feed everyone in my house), didn't give me any honey, the Mac and cheese was literally crusted and hard bc of how old it was, they put the coleslaw in the same bag as the hot sides so it was hot and nasty, and I just tried calling 4/5 diff times with no answer. I'll keep calling till I get in touch with someone.Update....I finally got ahold of the store manager. The only thing she addressed was the missing piece of chicken and the macaroni. Saying she bagged it herself. And that the macaroni just came up. I don't know if she assumed that I just came through there, but I had been there over an hr ago. No way it had just came up lol. And not to mention it was so old that the noodles were literally hard and crusted. I said it was only 11 pieces in there for sure, because I didn't have enough to feed everyone. She sad she's credit me one piece of chicken. I said I was ok and asked for her name so I could just talk to corporate about it. She refused to give her first name and said they weren't allowed. Which is false. They don't have to give out their last names, but their first names are right on their name tags. She def had an attitude problem. I'm not the type of person to ever get credits, but I just paid almost $50 and got home and everything was horrible and I couldn't even feed everyone. I will be calling corporate. And not to mention there was no receipt given lol.

Eastgate KFC is the worst restaurant in the entire Township! The very heavy set African American lady is rude, dirty looking, and the food sucks. Spent $50 and got a bucket full of greasy, nasty, inedible, trash. The breading was missing off of every piece of chicken, the mac and cheese was about 39 degrees (cold af), the potatoes were under filled, the gravy was instant (as expected) the only thing some what edible was the Cole slaw. Who even owns kfc now days? Is it still Chicken Little Ventures. I know YUM were the only owners that cared about the stores... I will likely call the health department tomorrow. Serving cold side items is just pure lazy and I personally think kfc could benefit from an entire new staff. Where did you find these hood rats. Certainly not in eastgate. Quit being desperate and take better care of your bread and butter (us)!!

Even if your food is right, their attitudes won’t be. Consistently hand out orders wrong. I’ve been coming here for three years and I’ve never had a pleasant experience. Plus they charge for sauces for fries and nuggets…
