they have all that you need and I love the fuel program especially the four times fuel points on gift cards and on Fridays.

I would like to update my review. We currently moved and this is our go to neighborhood grocery store if we can't get certain items from Aldi. This not a Marketplace however it's got the the stuff we need. A pharmacy, deli, seafood, meat section all fresh, nice wine/beer aisle. Not a huge selection like the marketplace but I like it just fine. Everything is categorized and it's clean. We had 3 of the staff greet us (all in one visit) and was super friendly/helpful. Even though this is an older Kroger. It does the job for us. It's not extremely busy like some locations.

I find it very upsetting I need fresh meat at butcher (meat & fish). I ask for a steak. The guy working says sorry I can't cut that. I ask is anyone else in the department. I get an eye roll and heavy sigh. They disappear to come back with sorry none of us do that. Wow how do you have fresh meat department with 3 employees who can't do a simple job. Tired of just lazy people!

I'm done with this Kroger. I use it because I live close but after today never again. Only one lane open at 5 o'clock I had the same girl that I had last week who is new and I understand that they want to hire developmentally challenged workers but they should not be on a register if they cannot understand the job. I have my plus card and credit card number on my phone app with a barcode to be scanned and she cannot understand that and I had to explain it to her again. She read every greeting card out loud and laughed at them. Then asked me who I was giving them to. Said wow $100 gift card who gets that! Then stood there doing nothing while I did all my bagging. Then forgot that she had scanned my barcode app and told me I had to put in a credit card and a plus card and I said no we already did that so she had to call a manager. Then she accidentally removed $100 gift card and it all had to be scanned again. When I went up to the desk to complain and say that maybe she should not be on a register because she doesn't understand what she's doing the woman told me that that was her daughter and that I should be patient. I told her everything that happened and said if it's going to be like this every time I come in I won't shop here anymore and she told me that was fine with her Kroger's didn't need customers like me. When I was loading my car a man came up to me and said you better be careful because the woman at the service desk made a comment about you and then went outside and is standing there smoking a cigarette looking at me. In this day and age that's a little scary. I called headquarters and reported what happened but I doubt they'll do anything about it. I will be shopping elsewhere. This is one of the worst Kroger's that I have ever been in and so many of my friends and neighbors refuse to shop there.

Absolutely the best service around, if I wasn't there for myself I wouldn't have believed the friendliness of this staff! They tried so hard to help me find my Dunkin' gift card. But it wasn't't there and they were all bitter about it for me, so I didn't have to be. They said: That's weird, and: they should have had it. Excellent Grocery Store!

This pharmacy is beyond bad. If I could give a negative star I would. They are so slow, rude, under staffed. It's just beyond me. DO NOT SEND SCRIPTS HERE.

This store used to be awesome. The reorganization they just completed is a money grab... sad. vary sad for a company with record earnings. Today it's not worth shopping this store. They have cut national brands and are pushing you towards their brands. I just tried to shop it and 4 basic items - 4 pack cottage cheese, pineapple juice, etc... from national brands were sold out... with one small section for them - that used to be multiple sections. Worse yet - they didn't even offer their Kroger brands in what I needed. I get it - you want more profit - but I can't go to multiple stores. Good by I'm shopping Jungle Jims for everything now

I've been shopping at this Kroger for years, but only due to convenient location. Outside of that it has little, to no, redeeming qualities. Checkout staff is friendly and hardworking so I'll give them that. Layout is poor, as is the selection. Frequently out of common items. I understand the store has a small footprint, but I've found better selection and variety at rural groceries that are half the size. Meat and seafood selection is lacking, as is the fresh produce. Ethnic foods are almost non-existent. Also, be sure to check expirations as more than once I've come home with something beyond expired. Kroger should be embarrassed to offer up a store like this in their hometown, especially in a market that expects more from their shopping experience.

They are correct small parking lots since more people are moving closer and closer to the store, nice people. Myself and company use this store Sam Smyth of Sam Smyth Imports Cincinnati

Meh, wasn't overly impressed with this Kroger. It is one of the smaller locations, and the inside was kind of a strange maze of a layout. The stock of things seemed to be ok, and it was ok on organization. I was able to grab 2 of the 5 total things I actually needed fairly quickly, the rest was out of stock. I opted to use self checkout as they had someone dedicated to cleaning it after each use... however this was not happening. Several employees were also not following current guidelines. Wouldn't recommend coming here. Parking lot was not the cleanest either. Surprising for a more upscale area of town.
