This store fraudulently charged my card for several $13 transactions this morning. I've never been here. Apparently other people have been charged by this establishment too without having been there. I hope you enjoy the investigation that is underway. I would tell other people not to go here, but you don't even have to go to this restaurant to get screwed.

Larosa's is my favorite pizza place an ever when to. Especially when an had planned for pizza party in every New Year's Eve. They're had everything & even more than just usual for my opinion.

As a foodie and lover of Pizza, I absolutely love this place. This location specifically. I’m going to be honest it’s a little rough and customer service can be a little brash, but hey it comes with the territory. They produce the best food. I’m never disappointed with my food. The Calzones are my favorite, but everything is good. The employees definitely cook the food with care. They hardly make mistakes. Now that I live in Texas I truly miss this place. I was so glad to visit once again and get their amazing calzones.Parking: They have plenty of parking. They are located in a rough part of town though.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible, however the doors are manual doors. This is a delivery or carry out restaurant only.

When our food didn't arrive after the estimated time, I called and they told me the driver would be leaving with our food then. We were comped $4. My salad was quite warm as I guess it had been in the same bag as the pizza.

What makes this location bad is that nobody knows what there doing, no customer service skills. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before they acknowledged me and then no apology for my wait and treated me like I was the problem, didn't even speak. No uniformity, no uniforms, looked dirty. First time here and last time here. The only hope is that my food is good. This cannot be the LaRosa's standard, I get it is located in the hood but there should still be a standard.

Lost faith that I could get a normal LaRosas pizza here at my closest location. Obvious personnel/ pizza training issues. Skimping on ingredients, maybe? Not edge to edge and crust is always overcooked. I bypass to Wyoming or Reading locations.

The spaghetti and meatballs were GREAT.
