I was very delighted to find one you could still have a sit down experience after driving to different ones that didn’t offer that option. However colerain did not disappoint the experience. The wait staff was great. We had 4 adults there and ordered steak hoagies, chicken hoagie, onion soup, chicken Alfredo ziti. All of it was excellent. It didn’t disappoint this Cincinnatian who hasn’t eaten there in 15 yrs, but wanted to introduce LaRosa’s to non Cincy residents. Worth traveling 12 hrs to introduce it and experience it once again. Oh the price was very reasonable.

The server might have been the best part. The chips were burned and there was so much salt, couldn't even eat them. The salad was brown and terrible, only ate half. It's usually my favorite part. ;(The vegetables on top were ok.The restaurant clearly needs a refresh and it even smelled musty. Sorry guys not the best experience!

The man who waited on me wasn't the nicest person. He seemed annoyed about my order. I mentioned to someone I work with and they knew exactly who he was. I bought 2 large pizzas to take to work for my coworkers and myself. I would probably not go there again if I had to deal with him. I didn't feel welcome.

I don't think I know what my waiter's name is but he was very good!! He even went out of his way to give me a to-go coke and a handful of mints ? he's a very good waiter. They weren't necessarily slammed but he had other tables and he was still very attentive without being overbearing and I feel like that's a lost skill on a lot of waitstaff these days, so I felt compelled to mention that ?

Please avoid this place. I love LaRosa’s but this one is terrible, from the food to the service. As someone who’s been a vegetarian their whole life I definitely did not expect for there to be meat in my pizza. I let management know and he said he didn’t see any meat in there, I showed it to him and he played it off and said “oh there’s one little piece of bacon in there”. Him and his staff laughed in my face and joked about it like it wasn’t serious. I told him I was a vegetarian and have been my whole life so I could not eat it. He agreed to make it over but didn’t apologize or anything. Then he told me I could get the vegan pizza if I was that serious about it. Never have I been so direspected at a restaurant. LaRosa’s in colerain does not care about dietary restrictions or allergies, and their customer service SUCKS. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

If you eat at the restaurant it's fine but the delivery guy is so rude and very unprofessional and they don't care at the call center I waited a whole hour for the food just for him to say he wouldn't deliver it

Went in using Strike Out for Slices vouchers. Decided to order spaghetti deal instead and take home the pizza. Sauce for the spaghetti tasted a little different than normal, almost burnt. We had a trainee who seemed a bit overwhelmed which caused several items not to come out.Trainor spot checked and made everything right. Kudos to her for recognizing what was happening and made sure a table full of hungry kids didn't have a melt down.
