I feel bad leaving this review. For many many years this was a fantastic La Rosa's... No more. I use to enjoy great delivery times. Beautifully baked pies. Now... It's over. I am luck to get something delivered under 50 min... I live 5 min from the store. Now I get pies with many multiple bubbles with little sause and luke warm pies because it took 55min to travel 5min... Looks like I will have to drive to a location if I want a good LA Rosa's pie. What a black eye for this local proud company... Goodbye.

Super unfortunate experience here; the actual service was unpleasant. I was picking up my order tiped 20% online and also extra 3 bucks in store. He stared at me from the time I got out the car, he looked annoyed. Perhaps a bad day, idk not my issue tho. - Anyway, picked up our food and it was totally undercooked. All of it. Dough was totally undone and we had to throw it all away. I did get a refund from corporate but I won't come to this location again.

I ordered 2 pizza when delivered they were full of dough bubbles. No cheese and no pepperonis. They resent the 2 pizzas and they were burnt to the point you could not eat them. The manager Adriene stated he made and cut the pizza, as a manager I would have never let these pizzas leave my franchise. It was really ridiculous. So my staff was able to eat one half of a pizza out of 4 sent. Really sady

Just got over covid and wanted something good to eat so I ordered larosas.... Worst mistake ever,french onion soup had nothing but cheese and onions and calzone had no jalapeno peppers or sausage... So I paid for cheese and bread. Worst place to eat

Concerning a lot of Larose went to only take out it's a good place to sit down and actually enjoy their food especially for lunch. Parking in front on side and behind the building. Located maybe a mile from Kenwood Towne

One of the all time worst pizzas ever.Took forever to place dine in order then an inordinate time for server to toss it on the table without slowing down.Pizza was cold, crust was supposed to be thin but all the grease puffed crust up into a soggy mess.Not once did any staff check back. After another wait finally a check was dropped off and again another wait to pay.In all honesty Tombstone is a better choice pizza than the miserable excuse I paid $17 for.

My kids got a free small personal pizza from School a couple weeks ago and apparently they were given expired coupons. With that being said thr management at Kenwood wouldn't even come out and explain anything.... I believe as a manager myself I would have at least tried to offer 1 coupon and explain situation. Not good customer relations in my opinion and on top of that food was not of quality as in past!!
Just pure disappointment. I mean I order a pizza for pickup and I didn't open it, which I'm regretting now because of this quality.

It was a great place to go, with no wait like some of the other overpriced chains in the area. Definitely a family environment with a small town feel. Pizza and sandwiches were done very well, atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was spot on. We didn't have to wait much and I got to color, as an adult, after a long day at the park. I would definitely recommend ?

I am very upset and sad to hear that they are removing their gluten-free option.LaRosa's has been the only safest place and the most delicious in the city to get gluten-free pizza. The company has claimed that they were bring in cauliflower crust sometime this winter. Which is disappointing because cauliflower crust is never as tasty. It also always risks for cross contamination if it's made in the same kitchen.Just disappointing that they made this decision when for many of us it was the only safe option.To reply to your response.
