I ordered a small traditional mushroom pepperoni pizza with a 20 oz. Bottle of coke for take out. My pizza ? was hot and it was delicious. My Coke was cold. Service was fast and cashier was friendly. I even received a Senior Discount!

High prices & low quality. I asked for thick crust and they gave me that nasty thin PLAYDOE crust. & the employees give off racist vibes ?? worst laroses I’ve had in Cincinnati. Every other location I’ve experienced has given me more bang for my buck, clearly they’re trying to stretch ingredients ? Wont be coming back ??

Very nasty place to eat from , I. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from this very location, as they are very dirty, when it comes to cleaning. Place is infested with mice. Oil from the fryer gets changed like twice a month, not only that but they also fry your fish hoagies and your boneless chicken in the same fryer( yum) yuck absolutely disgusting.

Contrary to what the kid at the counter says, they actually do have Pan Pizza. After I ordered my Pan Pizza, I was informed that they had thin crust and hand-tossed. I said something about getting Deep Dish, and he said again that it's hand-tossed and described how it was different than the thin crust. I just said whatever(figuratively) and went with his crust. Just checked their web site ordering system, thinking maybe they got rid of Pan Pizza. Nope, apparently you can order it online, but you can't in person. Whatever.
I ordered a lg double pepperoni on June 7th after eating it it made me dizzy over night an made me sick thought I was goin to have to the hospital I called an complained an told them what happened an they had an attitude like u ate it’s not our fault so buyer be ware before u order from this location it was the worse experience I had with this location so please be careful when ordering bc I’ll never order from here again that’s a fact I want to put out there to let everyone know to aware thank u

Sadly, this location is hit and miss on certain dishes. Pizza is always good. The lasagna tastes as if it’s microwaved in the little plastic container it’s delivered in. Garlic Breadsticks are frozen and overly sweet.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The last couples times I ordered they messed up my delivery order and I had to complain and today was no different. I called to tell them they only put extra cheese on one side not the whole pizza they said I could get a credit and keep it. They called me back and said because I complained in the past they weren’t not giving it to me unless I brought it back but people had already started eating it because they were starving after waiting forever. So I will not order from here again!!! This is terrible customer service and the manager I believe is name is Mark or Matt only cares if u are a regular apparently. I will not ever go to this in again. Beware that if they mess up your order multiple times they penalize u for complaining about them. Which by the of u made the order how the note says there would be no need to complain. Stay away if u can help it!!!
