I have been going to this location for a long time and have always loved the food, but today had a rather rude lady working the window, not only did they get my food wrong but then was very nasty at the window about Buffalo sauce .Won't be going back unless they will make things right !!

Slower service but nothing to complain about on my end. They're running specials on Monday so I know instead of three minutes it'll be five. The staff are incredibly polite and courteous. They're always busy and the food is always delicious.

Lee's in Florence chicken is wayyyy better than Lee's on Vine chicken. I ordered 3 whole chicken wings, they gave me 2 wings and a dry chicken tender.
I was shocked to see the way the General Manager acted towards a cook at the store in Vine Street. Kissing and hugging him . The other managers were listening to headphones and dancing. More like a bar scene. Giving extra food away and asking for a good review. Sad, I guess if that is what a person is into, go back. But we aren't going to go back.

Not really sure why they charge over a dollar if you use your card instead of cash.. Long lines waited over 30 minutes for my chicken because they supposedly ran out they had me pull into a parking lot across the street and chicken still wasn’t correct 30 minutes later ?

I ordered the #5 Chicken Strip meal and instead received a #6 Chicken Strip Slider meal. The lady taking my order wouldn’t listen after I repeated my order 3 times, she was also rude as hell. This is the second time in 2 weeks I’ve come here and this particular lady at the drive thru was rude.
