It's everything you would expect from Little Ceasars. We visited on a Friday hoping to score some hot-and -ready goodness. They were really busy! So we had to wait 10 minutes, which isn't bad.

Horrible food went inside placed order for Italian cheese bread and those new pizza Puffs asked them to make fresh please paid for my order went next door to subway to use the restroom came back grabbed my order that was waiting on the counter grabbed it got going down the road wife went to get a piece it was cold and hard plain nasty I should've checked before I left...

Ordered my food yesterday at 5:38 pm did not receive my order until 6:10 pm. The woman up front told me it would be about 5-10 mins. In that time frame every customer in there was very upset about the time it was taking them. A manager literally went outside to smoke a cigarette came back in and did NOT wash her hands and just starts handling food with no gloves. They then charged me for 4 crazy puffs and 2 large pizzas, when I ordered 1 crazy puff and 2 pizzas. Would not recommend..

Order date 4/12:So.. how is it that you have a Uber eats order for over 50 mins and it's not til the driver gets there that you tell THEM to tell ME your out of deep dish pizza? Then you try to have her get me to agree to taking another pizza thats lesser value in place of the deep dish. Thats odd. Why didn't you all call me yourself? If your out of deep dish pizza, the order should of been canceled. But you all still accepted it... That's messed up.Pic for proof of orderGFSF

I waited 50 minutes after ordering over the phone. Everyone picked up their orders and left while I stood around waiting. Each time asked, I was told it'll be out soon. There was NO organization. If someone complained, they'd get a pizza, so the people that ordered ahead got nothing. I got a refund even though I first asked to just get any pizza at all. Incredibly frustrating.Edit: Adding photo of the receipt.

Found what looked like mold in our Detroit style pizza.. Regular crust seemed okay.You probably won't have it happen.. but it can. This seems to be a somewhat regular report of the franchise if you do a quick google search. I wonder if they prep dough en masse for busy nights and sometimes they prep too early.First time it happened after coming incident free for years. But, moldy dough should never happen.

Don't order little Ceasars for delivery. They use Doordash and if a item is missing they place the blame on the driver. There is no record on doordash to get a refund or replacement. Since it is ordered on Little Ceasars website.

I was trying to pay for pizza using 2 different methods one was $30 cash and the rest of $11 and some change on a debit card. There was only $30 on the card total. I paid for the $30 part it put approved with a check. I removed my card. I asked the cashier what the remaining total was and she Misheard me (not her fault mistakes happen and she admitted that she did to her manager). So when she cancelled the transaction it refunded it to card, however sometimes it takes a day or 2 for the money to get back on the card. So now I had now way to pay for the remainder and instead of the manager making it right for the mistake that was made. He said, "Well I can't just give you food for free." And mind you I had already paid the remainder cash proportion at this point. So it wouldn't have been free at all. Another customer eventually offered to pay for my order and did. God bless people like that. Little ceasers would rather let a single mom come out of her pocket for a stranger than fix the issue that they created to begin with.

This is just disgusting the pizza looks like it's been sitting all day wasn't even cut at all there is something wrong with the employees at this one do not recommend.
