Terrible food- overtly breaded, soft onion rings, canned corn, gummy instant potatoes. BBQ unremarkable. Ridiculously slow service and never brought straws, drink refills, lemon for tea after asking twice for each. Dirty booths, floor and bathrooms. First & last time with this chain.

This location really needs to work on everything. When we walked in they didn't give us a children Menu. But was glad to give the group of 7 with children, their children Menus. I ask if we could get one for our son and it was like we ask something bad. Our food was all made wrong, with my husband steak was overcooked. My sons hamburger undercooked, and my meal tasting like it's been made yesterday and reheated. They had No A1 steak sauce in the building at all. The manager came cross with us and all we wanted to do is leave and go somewhere else. We feel that this location in Cincinnati is no longer a good restaurant to bring your family or friends.At one time this was a great place to eat as a family. They just reminded us why it's been years we haven't came to Logan 's to eat.

Ordered a mid-rare ribeye for lunch, with onion straws and baked potato. The steak was cooked perfectly and the onion straws were right outta the fryer hot and crispy.A++

Our waitress was Bryanna, and she was phenomenal!!!! Unfortunately she was the only waitress there. She had like 8 tables and I think bar tending. Her service was great even tho she had so much stuff to do!

This was my family's first time here. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our server Justice did an awesome job. We were a party of 7. 3 adults 4 children. Will recommend to other friends and family.
Service was so slow. I don't come to Logans very often, but my son wanted to go for his birthday. The server was not attentive and despite several tables being empty, they couldn't keep up. Food didn't come out for well over 40 minutes. The Ribs were so dry, i ended up sending them back. Really disappointing given this use to be one of my favs.
