This was our first time here. Our kids brought us - their treat! It was one of the best nights out we have had in years! The food was scrumptious, the service was top notch and the company was second to none! I highly recommend! This visit was one for the memory books!

My experience was phenomenal when I went for a date. I’ve been there before and the truffle pasta was a little too salty last time however I let the waiter know and they made sure to reduce the amount of salt. It came out perfect and as always the burrata and mussels are a must and never misses.

We have thought to go to this resturant several times but finally made it there for our first wedding anniversary. We sat outside on the side porch and enjoyed a beautiful evening with a bit more privacy than if seated inside. Michelle took us through the menu, the 'best sellers' and her personal favorites providing great recommendations. The Prime Steak Tartare with quail egg had a great flavor and was kicked up a notch by the bacon vinegrette and dijon on the salad below. Usually my husband and I feel like Burrata isn't top of the list but we took the recommendation and were very pleaseed we did. This was not the typical Burrata; the flavor was savory and a bit sweet which was amazing. For entrees we opted to go with the Amish Chicken Marsala with mushrooms which were to die for and the best eggplant parm I have ever had! Super thin breaded eggplant rolled around cheese - OMG!! To top off all of that, the wonderful folks at Losanti gave us butter cake and champagne to end our wonderful night. Thank you for a wonderful experierence. We will be back soon!

Decent meal. Had Chianti, several appetizers, meatballs, oysters, filet mignon, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Ordered 10 oz filet, very small, 7 oz at best and blue cheese topping too dominant. I'm Italiam, meatballs were 50% breading and too dense. Not bad though. Sauce just ok, I make my own all the time and much better. Brussel sprouts were best item. Mashed potatoes were runny. Company outing so not out of pocket, would not return if out of mine. Service was excellent.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Our group decided to share entrees, allowing each of us to savor a variety of flavors. This approach not only heightened our culinary adventure but also fostered a sense of community at our table. The server played a pivotal role in navigating our journey through the menu. With expertise and enthusiasm, he highlighted the most popular dishes, as well as those hidden gems that are considered exceptional by regular patrons. His recommendations were spot on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. One standout dish was the New York strip steak, which was a masterpiece on its own. The steak was encrusted to perfection, striking a delightful balance between a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy interior. Every bite was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail in its preparation. The sides were not mere accompaniments but stars in their own right. The truffle Mac n' cheese was a decadent exploration of creamy textures and luxurious flavors, while the collard greens offered a comforting, home-cooked feel with just the right amount of seasoning. Both dishes complemented the main courses beautifully, enhancing the overall dining experience. To conclude our evening on a high note, we indulged in the butter cake for dessert. This choice was far from ordinary; the cake was moist, rich, and beautifully balanced in sweetness. It was the perfect finale to an already remarkable meal.In summary, our visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable experience, marked by phenomenal food and exemplary service. The thoughtful guidance from our server, combined with the culinary excellence of the kitchen, made for a dining adventure that we will cherish and recommend to others.

Amazing food and service! Our server was fantastic in helping us pick wine and pacing out the food. Everything we had was incredible and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The ambiance is quiet and romantic. My only complaint is that all the 2 tops were kind of jammed in between people where we would have been almost touching other parties or a weird table in the hall by expo where we felt like we were in everyone's way. I would go back with a party of 4 or so but probably not a romantic date.

I went here in a party of five on a Friday night and by the end of the meal the topic of conversation was: when have you ever had a *better* meal? The upshot? This is a world class restaurant. The ingredients are obviously carefully sourced and the preparation is exquisite. Somehow, everyone but the vegetarian ordered beef as the main but, if anything, the vegetables were the star or at least the costar. The brussel sprouts have a fantastic blast of pickled onions that, added to the more traditional pork belly, make it a potential destination rather than a side. The "little" gem salad is a standard preparation but done well and is huge. You'll recognize the wedge salad's heritage but they've made it their own here. We're shared an order of the truffle pasta and it was rich and toothsome, sticky with parmesan and redolent of truffle. Damn.As to the steaks: perfect. Gorgeous. No notes. Get them au poivre, oscar, bare , whatever. No idea what dessert is like. Too full.Shout out to Amber for taking care of us. Perfect negroni, too.

We enjoyed our meal. We especially liked the kale Caesar, tempura squash, and filet. A couple items were very salty. One of our steaks was very over cooked. They replaced it, but it was a damper. Our table was in a hallway which wasn't very relaxing. For the amount of money spent, we will probably choose to revisit our other favorite restaurants in town versus return.

The restaurant was great. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable about the food and beverages. They were great at giving recommendations and I will definitely be bringing more business meetings here in the future.

We went here last night before the Ballet. We had a party of four and we arrived on time for our reservation at 5:15 PM. Our server asked about what we were heading to and we let him know we were going to the Ballet at 7:30 pm. We sat in the enclosed section outside and got cooked faster than our food. We did ask to turn the heat down and it was hard to tell if the heat was turned down since we were warm the whole meal. We got our drinks and apps fairly quickly and at the same time and this was okay. However, our entrees took forever. The manager stopped by to say that our food should be out soon. We did not get them until almost 7 pm and our dessert came out right behind the entrees. The manager came by after we got our food apologized and took off two drinks, our appetizer and dessert. However, our party had to scarf down our food. I have been here a handful of times and the service to get our food was much better. I am not sure what happened last night. The meal was very disappointing since the service and quality were still too much for what we had to pay. I may go back, but it will not be soon.

We had an amazing meal at Losanti! Our server was very nice and knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. And all of the food was incredible - we had a house salad, filet mignon, gorgonzola creamed greens, charred onion mashed, and the butter cake for dessert. I would eat this exact meal again in a heartbeat. Location was good and parking was convenient in the Washington Park garage as well. Can't recommend enough and can't wait to go back!

Service was great, table was ready as soon as we got there for our reservation and our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and picked a delicious wine for us. We ordered the filet and ribeye with mushrooms and brussel sprouts and butter cake for dessert. Everything was SO tasty, a really great experience overall cannot wait to go back!!

Loved the apps, sides and main course, service was quick but not rushed. Noise level was a little high but we were wedged in a corner next to a bigger group. Best of all, my boyfriend loved his birthday dinner. He's hard to impress!

Absolutely delicious food and great wait staff. The music is way too loud for a romantic evening though. The seating could also use some organizing. Otherwise a very nice night out.
