Eastgate Mall was dead, but the pizza place had good food quick no line and the staff friendly. Come and try if your from and ever go the Cincinnati the mall will probably be closed and you’ll miss out on a fine eatery

I’ve been here countless times over the years. This is the best pizza on the eastside. It’s very New York style, which I love.I’m surprised people said they had a poor experience with the staff, they have been nothing but nice to me.You will continue to have my business for years to come!

Delicious pizza... Best I've tasted yet in Cincinnati. The calzones are amazing, as are the garlic knots and the mozzarella cheese roll(think cinnamon roll, but no sweet or cinnamon... Just yummy cheese). So good... I'll definitely be back.

I came with my daughter for two slices of pepperoni pizza. There was only one available, so the staff member grabbed a slice of cheese pizza with tongs and went to a bin of pepperoni. She proceeded to use her bare hands, no gloves, hand sanitizer, or hand washing, to reach into an entire tin of pepperoni and get a handful and put on the slice. I debated what to do for a moment because I didn't want to make a scene but that is completely unacceptable and I'm not risking COVID or bacterial infection for myself or my daughter. In the end I just told her I didn't want that particular slice anymore. Then, another staff member turned around and said, "I told you."I assume this means he had said something to her, but why didn't he stop her from serving me that slice? Further, that entire container of pepperoni is now contaminated and must be disposed of.Avoid this eatablishment.

We moved here from New York, and this is the most authentic New York pizza. We’ve had here. Love the people who own it. Great food hope the new owners of the mall will appreciate them.

2:00p on a Sunday evening and no one is behind the counter to help. Tried to call to see if someone was in the back but phones only ring. Not sure if the person on shift walked out but all the food is just sitting there and doesn’t look fresh at all.

Best pizza in the area! Easy to park by food court entrance and run in to order. The staff could be friendlier but the good pizza makes up for it. The mall is dead with many empty stores so the atmosphere is not great but you don't have to fight the crowds if you want to dine-in.
By 530pm on a Tuesday night they were out of pretty much every pizza. They had a few old looking slices that had been sitting all day. I get the mall doesn't get much foot traffic, but if by 530pm you're done making pizzas, you've just lost more money by not selling to potential customers.

Worse $28 large pizza we've every eaten. Should have just gone to Donatos but was looking for a brick oven non-francised pizza. Anything would have been better

Believe the reviews when they say the workers are rude. Stood there for about 20 minutes the workers didn’t even acknowledge me let me know they were going to be with me shortly nothing. Very disappointed. Do better business.

This is by far amazing local ? place. I would for sure call this a hole-in-the-wall type restaurant with great quality Pizza. The chicken alfredo I think tastes way better than something you can get at Olive garden. I have never had authentic Italian food before. But eating this is what I would envision it would taste. It is inside the Eastgate Mall food court. If you are looking for a great lunch or evening meal even on a date night I would highly recommend checking this place out. Don't be scared off by all those freaking out about the prices of the food. It is delicious and I feel worth every penny. Especially since this is what I would call a mom-and-pop type pizza place.Kid-friendliness: It is a great location because there's a little game store in the mall and you can feed the whole family. While you're in there you can even check out the Discovery zone.
