They don't sell chicken Is teriyaki anymore, this was my favorite restaurant for a chicken teriyaki and a good bowl of shoyu ramon. Now the menu is trash. Too bad another one bites the dust I guess, only took me 21yrs to find authentic food that tastes amazing and now they have dwindled down to a soup place with nothing even to replace what u have taken off the menu. Note to the owner, this is greg sorry but you won't be seeing me until another menu change if any exist in the future, have a good life if I don't see u ever again.?

Menu changed unfortunately, miss the Pork Katsu ramen and the broth doesn’t taste like it used to, not to mention the noodles are certainly not the same-more akin to thin spaghetti noodles. The services saves it because they’re so nice all the time, polite and very sweet. Love the vibes, but miss the good food. New isn’t bad, just isn’t the same.

It's a simple place, but the food is always great and for a fair price. They changed the noodles pasta and although I like the old one better, it is still good!
Amazing hole-in-the-wall ramen place. Great food at great prices. Hugely recommend.

Ordered the tonkotsu ramen, really hit the spot. Lots of noodles and good portion size for the price. We left full, quick service for food. Small place, only 3-4 tables.

Really, really disappointing. Went there and they had none of the ingredients for what my fiance ordered, so he had to keep ordering something new and they kept coming back to say they can't make it.The bowls itself were super super disappointing. Hard, low quality noodles, barely any flavor in a watered down broth, extremely tough toppings that tasted bland or like it's sat out forever.I seriously could've made better grocery store ramen at home for the same quantity and quality. That's not even the horrific service where the guy was just loudly shouting on his phone, while slowly taking the chairs off the tables so we could sit and eat, no greetings or anything. The lady was nice though although she struggles with English which is understandable. At least it was pretty cheap and quick, but I'm never ever going again because of how unremarkable and disappointing it was.

Good food, fast service and home-y environment. Can be a little cramped and some ingredients may be cold but the employees are attentive and hospitable

I'm traveling for work and it is always great to find a gem like this place. I love ramen. I've even tried my hand at making it myself. Way to time intensive for me so finding places like Maki Express makes it so much more worthwhile to just go and sit down and have a bowl. The place is tiny with about 4 tables, but very clean and presentable. The service is just right, but maybe they shouldn't allow there employee to sleep at one of the tables. Other than that, great. Now for the food. I ordered the gyoza fried and it didn't disappoint. The filling could of been a little less sinewy, but the flavor was spot on. I also ordered the Tonkatsu ramen with a soft boiled egg and pork chatsu and it was delicious! The right amount of spice. The pork belly chatsu was perfectly succulent and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked and the broth was soooooo good. Cannot recommend this place enough. AWESOME!
Place is very small, only seats maybe 12 people but definitely worth taking out if you can’t find a place to sit. We sat down and within ten minutes had our food. My bf has the tonkotsu ramen and I had the chicken Teriyaki. At first I almost asked for more sauce but once I got under all the veggies, it was the perfect amount. It was a really large serving and very delicious. I forgot to take a photo at first but after eating I knew I had to leave a review. The ramen he said was also really good. Looking forward to being back soon.

AMAZING FOOD, service was quick. It was cold since the door kept opening and it's a small place so I recommend eating in-house on a warmer day. But was AMAZING! Fresh food.

I got this to go after work and it was good! The tonkatsu ramen was very flavorful and soft boiled egg was perfection. I love that they separated the broth from the noodles for to go so you could warm it up once at home. The restaurant itself is TEENY. Like maybe three small tables for two TEENY, but I think it works well.

Everytime I go here is a great meal. It's been some years since last time I went and it seems that the unit that they're in is a bit smaller. On a busy day, you might get stuck taking your food to go, as there's not much seating. All in all I love this place in its food authenticity.
