So I ordered here through DoorDash for the first time, after seeing reviews of people getting shorted on pizza slices/sizing I went to cancel my order but it was too late (which is not their problem the missing pizza was) …well low and behold had the same thing happen to me. ?? The pizza and service overall was decent. I honestly feel like this seems to be a smaller business that is doing things all on their own and needs maybe some guidance or change of mind or heart when it comes to being a business and growing. I feel like this restaurant could have a lot of potential if they put in that extra effort and also not short customers (‘cause what are you even doing with those thin slices? Sewing pieces together? Eating them? Using them for an appetizer? Who knows.)The pizza was really cheap though so I wasn’t too mad. I just won’t be going there ever again lol.

Pizza, subs, hoagies, cheesy bread, calzones etc are all good but not “great”. Service is always very good whether ordering delivery or pick-up. Staff is always friendly and courteous, food is ready or delivered consistently on time you are told on the phone or on the app. Drivers are friendly and will call you if they need help getting into your building or meeting you outside.. (some other places or delivery services will just leave it outside your building or bang on your door w/o care of waking or bothering neighbors). Food is always fresh and made correctly without missing items or ingredients. Website isn’t overly difficult to use despite looking 20 years outdated.. and signing up as a member will net you special coupons and deals as well as rewards points, which typically earns you a $10 voucher after spending $100.. whether you spend $100 on 1 order or 10 orders over 12 months. For me, I still get the points for orders on my online account even when I order over the phone(I assume tied to phone #). The food and service are much better than similarly priced pizza like dominoes, lil c’s, papa johns(some locations are very good). Unless I’m looking to splurge on more expensive, higher quality/more unique pizza like Dewey’s, Ramundo’s, St Francis Apizza, etc I’m always choosing this Marco’s. I also deliver doordash and they always have the orders ready for me, treat me in a courteously and friendly manner, and being a satisfied customer gives me confidence that the doordash customers will be satisfied as wellParking: Easy to park, also offer curbside pick up which is similar to a drive-through for those who prefer that. Getting in and out of the parking lot is usually pretty easy depending on time of day. Only gripe is the sinking drain grate running across the markbreit entrance/exit.. def go slow over it to avoid spilling drinks, damaging tires, suspension wear, axle and ball joint wear etc

The pizza was soooo greasy, the grease circle was just as wide as the pizza and not to mention the crust was soo thin it's thinner than the plates they give you and soggy. As soon as you pick a slice up the pizza literally pulls apart from the crust and to be from Toledo this is quite sad and embarrassing. I guess quality didn't make it this far south of ohio.

I love the people who work for Marcos. New Owners refuse to deliver to predominantly African American / Mixed Ethnicity Communities such as Walnut Hills. It is highly disappointing. People in Walnut Hills are good people. We are worthy of delivery service.

We used to buy gluten free pizza from this location quite often. One day they told us they no longer carry the gf crust and all they have is cauliflower crust. ??? NOT a fan.

The veggie sub was very disappointing. It was $7 for a half sub and there were barely any toppings. Definitely a waste of money. The pizza tasted okay, but there was too much crust. I've had decent experiences at this location, but this was definitely not a great experience.Vegetarian options: Vegetable sub and lots of veggie pizza toppings.
