I called to place a delivery order at 10:18pm EST. I remained on hold for exactly fifty-four,(54) minutes- only to discover they closed at 11:00pm EST. (I asked my roommate to Google the hours of OPS while I remained on hold.) By this time I had been on hold from 10:17pm until 11:11pm EST, with absolutely NO indication the entire restaurant chain had closed at 11:00pm. Not a recording indicating the restaurants had closed, nor an employee informing me of the similar. I would have been left on hold indefinitely. Absolutely, inexcusably, unprofessional business conduct, and a complete waste of my time because other pizza delivery restaurants in my service area had already closed while I blindly awaited. One last thing I should mention- in my past delivery orders from Marcos, (approximately 12-15 orders) my hold time on the phone awaiting to place my order was on average 3 minutes, if any hold at all, and 5 minutes maximum on perhaps 2 occasions. For a company I thought very highly of for the excellent food problem free service... I was sincerely disappointed.-Dr. Drew J. Bernard

Purchase 4 pizzolis today. The dough was raw on the inside had to throw them away. Huge waste of money!

I ordered a pizza tonight 12/21/23 around 7:00PM and called up to let them know I was sick and preferred contactless delivery so I wouldn’t get the driver sick. And the guy who answered the phone was the nicest, most friendly employee I’ve interacted with in a long time. He told me he would be delivering it. He waited a distance from my door to make sure I got it before telling me to have a good night. Seriously in this day and age dealing with an employee who doesn’t make you feel like a burden is RARE! This guy was awesome and deserves a raise. I wish I would have got his name.

Usually everything is great but one bad experience can keep you from ordering again. I ordered a steak hoagie with pizza sauce but it had mushroom sauce ( I'm allergic). The hot honey pepperoni pizza had no hot honey on it and the box was covered in grease

The food is somewhat ok almost close to good. But they way over charge for all their foods. The raise their prices and lower the portions of the food. Not cool.And their menu is not updated on their tv screens or on paper. The menu is several years old and not update, no joke.Some of the help is really nice. The area of this location leaves much to be desired for safety.

I've ordered for Marco's in Glen crossing twice in the last week. On both occasions side sauce cups were ordered and neither time were any delivered.While Marco's Pizza may be good and historically I've had good service I cannot in good conscious recommend a place that doesn't take the 30 seconds to check the ticket to make sure everything is being delivered.Marco's does not make any delivered in a certain amount of time guarantee so there's no reason to not check the orders to make sure they're correct.It is pure laziness and lack of training/follow through on management's end. Do better.

New app is terrible and doesn't work. Once again delivery is over an hour, including 20 minutes late. How pathetic are your employees.

We ordered pizza and cheesy bread…both of which looked good (although late for delivery) but we also ordered double pizza sauce cups for the cheesy bread and didn’t get any sauce…not a huge deal but cheesy bread isn’t very good without sauce so we called the store…they kept putting us on hold (frustrating but understandable if they are busy)…eventually someone answered and we let them know the sauce was missing…he said he would send out sauce but before we could even give our name, number, address or anything he hung up. We called again, and he did the same thing even after saying you hung up on us. My husband drove to the store to talk to someone about this and take back the items hoping to just get a refund…the store staff was okay but then the guy who kept hanging up on us came to the front and started laughing at him and said it was him and smirked and walked away. That was completely rude and unacceptable. That man should not be working here and treating people like that. This could have been easily resolved but now we had this awful experience. They refused to get any manager stating that was not allowed (don’t know if that’s true) but it was frustrating.
