I never write reviews but honestly, if I can spare someone a visit here, I will.I made a reservation for my mom's birthday, and we were sat in the bar area, not the main dining room which seemed strange. Our server was pleasant and encouraged us to order everything at once because the wait would be long. That was an understatement. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, and then another hour to get our entrees. At first we were sympathetic to the server and assumed they were overwhelmed or short-staffed, but several times the server walked past and we would get a strong weed smell. Then a couple at the bar got into an argument and the obscenities were flying, it was awkward to say the least. After waiting an additional 30 minutes to pay after the bill was dropped, we walked to the bar and asked the bartender to run the credit card. He said "Come back another time when its not so buay and it will be a better experience, wait nevermind, it probably wont."The food was good, but the service was baffling. I never complain, but this was just a very strange and disappointing experience.

The overall experience was not satisfactory. The food took well over an hour to come out and my wife’s steak was so tough she couldn’t get past the second bite. The hostess was not present and we stood at the door for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The server was very friendly but the rest of the staff would place our bread and leftovers, not say a word, and move on very abruptly.

We went during the week for a late lunch. This location was not crowded and our food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The bartender was accommodating and creative as I requested a white wine sangria, which turned out to be delicious. My steak was cooked well, coming from Texas I wouldn't have minded more seasoning but that's my southern palate. We will visit again

Can only give 1 star, should be a zero, Very understaffed, poor waitress was overworked, every thing we ordered was late and cold. No management anywhere to help, expected more from this chain. An $80 bill and a terrible experience. Stay away from this place

My wife and I just had a delicious lunch during the Cincinnati Reds Opening Day Parade. The food was delicious and the service was great. Anthony and Byron really did a great job taking care of us plus the seating and the venue are comfortable and plush. Go McCormicks! Go Reds!!!!

We were a party of 9, without a reservation on a Friday night. The staff kicked in! From the time we walked in, we were treated like "regulars"....it was as if I was at my favorite Downtown Denver spot. And the FOOD!!! Delicious to say the least, and reasonably priced.I've always believed in service over sustenance. That being said, Micah was on fire!!!He kept our drinks full, gave us the rundown on the apps and paid special attention to every detail.Good job young man.Thank Y'all again, have a blessed dayDeacon W.D. Me and my wife came all the way from Detroit MI and we love the overall experience here!!! The staff was state of the art! 5 star rating with their generosity and ability to help out when needed right away. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area traveling through, or if you live here ?

UNHAPPY HOUR I organized a group of friends to meet here before a concert at the Taft Theatre Friday night. The plan was to go to the bar for Happy Hour pricing and food menu - done this many times in the past with no issue....until this time. The GM Brian finds out our party was 6 and we expected 2 more. There was enough seating for 6 at a booth and 3 seats at the bar. He assembled a table outside the bar in the main dining area and said we'd have sit there. I saw and suggested that there was enough seating in the bar and we were going to stay there. Brian would have none of that and pointed us out into the restaurant Here's the results: * no happy hour pricing * no happy hour food menu - we had to order off of the main menu * slow service - it was a busy night * we barely got our checks and made the show * my Landrys loyalty card was not credited for the spend If you go - remember you are the customer. We were there for the happy hour menu and drinks - not a steak dinner Total fail. A big disservice. Not going to bring them anymore business after this mess

My family and I went here last night for a celebration. Honestly, the food was horrible. It is comparable to an Applebee's. I hadn't been in years and it was nothing like it was 7-8 years ago. Crab cakes tasted like microwave mush, the salmon and sea bass had no fish flavor. The award winning clam chowder was disappointing to say the least. The mashed potatoes were thin and boxed, our server suggested the lobster mash and I wish I hadn't listened. It was just loster slop on top of boxed mash. We're used to fine dining and after spending $300 plus tip we felt we should have had better quality food. The best part was the atmosphere because it is was kid friendly.I'll never go back. Best of luck to this place.
