The staff is so friendly and the lady at the pick up window went above and beyond. I drove away before she could give me my small diet coke. I had forgotten that I even ordered it and she seen that I had pulled in the parking lot and she walked out of the restaurant to give me my drink. I still would have forgotten to go in to get my drink because I was so tired this morning. The lady is always so friendly and efficient. The food is always so fresh and I purposely drive out my way to visit the Mt. Carmel location because of the friendly staff, the food is always fresh and the drive thru is always fast. I hope that the GM and corporate knows how awesome the lady is at the pick-up window. I wish I knew her name but I know she has been there a long time. The lady deserves some recognition, a bonus and higher pay. I use go in just about everday to get breakfast before work, but I wanted to cut back because of the cost and the calories of the food. This lady also remembers her customers preferences even after I haven't visited the restaurant in awhile.

I live 0.2 miles away… hit the drive thru. My fries were cold and old. My coke was gross.There’s a person with a headset, yet I had to talk to an automated screen to order which was problematic. I received the wrong food and this place is a joke. The people are probably nice and all but I wouldn’t know… they didn’t talk to me.

They installed an AI drive thru attendant. It's bad enough that they exploit workers by paying next to nothing but this crosses a line. I will never, ever do business with any McDonalds again because of this. This is despicable and I am beyond offended. It won't be long before nearly all jobs are replaced with AI and the working class will suffer for it

WHEW where do I even start. My fiancée and I went in for a quick bite because BK was WAYY overcrowded and not moving at all. We ordered at the kiosk and got a table number.... only for our number to be called and had to get the food and trays ourselves. We must of been crashing their Holiday exchange because it took about 10 minutes to even recieve our food (2 Burgers 2 Fish Filet and 2 Fries and a Drink). Since they called our number, our food was all bagged up even though we were dine in. I LEGIT got a quarter slice of cheese on my Filet, no ketchup packets to be found and they forgot to give us a drink. We had to wait in line TWICE to get the tray, drink and ketchup packets. Back to the Holiday party, the employees had no awareness, as we got ALL the gossip about the store while trying to eat. Probably the only thing we liked about the atmosphere. Do not go here if you're looking for FAST food.

Says they close at 12 but 9 times out of 10 they’re closed by 10pm and when you pull up to the drive thru no one answers.Food is consistently cold and wrong and overall not good quality.Example of the bad management/service: it’s 7:30 and they have no mac sauce. Im not crying over it but it’s just an example of how they never seem to be prepared.Only time I can ever get warm food that is decent is when I actually go inside and order. I’d go to a different McDonald’s if I were you.
