Service is horrible the have a staff that truly does not care about service i ordered something and was given the wrong item, i politely said that it was not what i ordered in return i was given attitude not only that my ethnicity was used as a derogatory term "the mexican said that not his order" instead of management correcting that behavior it was supported I was told that i should not worry about how i was addressed but i should just worry about getting my effin food.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed my order at 11:30, and it was already paid through the app. I arrived at 11:45 to pick it up, and they had already turned their lights off and locked their doors. The sign on the door, Google, and the McDonald's app all say it is supposed to be open until 12 I even tried banging on the door, and they ignored me. The night shift here is the laziest group of people, and once I figure out how to get a refund, I will never step foot in this location again.

Biscuits and a tea spoon of gravy for $5 get real and they are so rude this McDonald’s sucks bc kids run it so now u pay top dollar for food I wouldn’t want for free! And if u complain about the food or service the manager will cuss u out and hang up on u! This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Cincinnati and it’s sad bc it’s in a nice neighborhood! If I was the owner I would fire everyone!!!!!!!!! Today is 4/4/2024

I made an order at 9:45 am through the mobile app, I showed up at 10:05am I waited for a few minutes and finally asked where my order was the morning manger got an attitude with me and told me that they threw my order away when I asked why would you throw out my food they said because I didn’t show up quick enough and that they wouldn’t serve anyone food that had been sitting. They tried to say that I made the order at 8am and I told her that she was incorrect. I asked for my money back and she said she couldn’t do that and it would take over a week. I left and got into my car and looked at the app and it said my order wasn’t even ready, and apparently they didn’t even cancel my order until 2pm. They said that they threw my order away when they most likely gave it to their employees because there was around 5 employees sitting at different tables next to the counter eating McDonald’s food. I contacted my bank and they gave me a refund in a few minutes, like I told them if I paid for the food I was oblivious coming to get my food.

I suggest you drastically improve your AI technology before you subject the paying customers to it. A human interaction is much more likely to get a nuanced order correct and prevent long drive-thru lines during peak hours. You can't pride yourself on customer service if your staff isn't allowed to interact with the customers, and if your people don't like engaging with customers they should find a job outside the food service industry.

Went back here today after years of not going because of how much it sucks, Every single time I go to this McDonald’s my food is cold and they forget everything. No fries in my bag, burgers aren’t made right. I mean how hard is it… I’ve worked in fast food all y’all lazy af. Do your job or find a new one. Especially when I’m getting food for my kids and it’s ice cold and rock hard. Do better. This place needs shut down.

Older lady with blonde hair and glasses started yelling at my boyfriend because he asked for his order remade because it was wrong. He asked for no onions and there were onions. She yells “So what exactly do you want on this sandwich?” To which my boyfriend replies Pickels and bacon. She rudely replies “that’s what it has on it.” My boyfriend replies that is has onions and she finally checks and concedes and has it remade. Very rude and not necessary. My boyfriend was very polite and just wanted no onions.

Second speaker got completely ignored and asked if it was broken and man on front counter saw me count 2.00 in quarters and had to recount me approximately 5 times because I guess he forgot what he was counting? Sweet tea was double brewed and clear and disgusting. This restaurant i thought would eventually go up hill but nope gets worse every year!
Their new AI system while ordering is ridiculous! When I finally got an actual person, she was so freaking rude! Please don’t argue with me for wanting a real person because your stupid machine can’t get the concept of no egg. Telling me the AI would of got it. If it did, I wouldn’t need you or your rude comments! Unbelievable.

But NO MCDONALD'S!!All I ordered is to make chickens and two fries and it was adding so much other stuffWith a cherry on top!! ?Until I said NO DELETE GO BACK START OVER!!? And she transferred me to a really live person!!!So no please get rid of it!!??
