I am trying to support my partner as they are gluten free by preference. This placed popped up on a Sunday morning on the Find me GF app. Walked in and it is a self order option. Pay at the bar before you sit. The interior is laid back and modern. It was nice. My partner really liked the baked goods and other GF options. But for me I would not be back. Not many options if you are a carnivore. Many Vegan and GF options.

We love Melt!! The Rachel with a side of slaw is our favorite. Also love the revival bowl, verde chicken flatbread, & nachos. Swapping their homemade vegan cheese on any of these items is delicious. This was a go to spot when I was vegan, and continues to be now that I am a vegetarian. The salads are so fresh and crispy with super flavorful dressings. The service is great, all the employees are really kind and understanding. David in particular always greets everyone so warmly, his energy when you first walk in is great. I always love catching up with him, and he goes out of his way to make sure your experience is great. I love the variety of seating, making the restaurant good for groups or solo eating. They are so good at working with allergies, and overall just have a very thoughtful and kind staff.

My partner and I stopped by Factory 52 just to try the Melt Test Kitchen. It didn't disappoint at all! The vegan breakfast wrap was full of flavor, jam packed, and delicious. The vegan biscuits and gravy were a little sweet and a lot savory, it went perfectly with the free sample of their warm beet soup they had on special. The spot was super clean and laid back. The service was great and I appreciate the menu knowledge the cashier provided, and they were very patient and kind while I was being super indecisive about what to order. We will definitely be back to try the other vegan goodies on the menu!

This was the second time I ate at the restaurant. The first time was in the summer, and my adult beverage had a huge black ant in it. The owner was aware but never apologized. This visit I was wondering how eight people who ordered after me received their meals before I did. Especially since five of the eight ordered the Rachel with Chili. Yeah, it's one of those restaurants. The busser and cooks did a great job. I'm probably got to scratch this establishment off my list of food options in this city. Oh, you pay and tip before you receive your food. Yes, even when you dine in. I over tipped for the service received. Never again.Vegetarian options: Chili is what I had with my meal.
We had a great meal at Melt Revival! I am gluten free, so I was excited to see that so many of their menu items were naturally gluten free and that they had gluten free bread available for all their sandwiches! I got the 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich option with the harvest salad and the hoffner sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! The creamy goat cheese with the spring mix and vinaigrette was a great combo, and the horseradish with the roast mushrooms and braised brisket on the sandwich was absolutely delectable! 10/10 recommend. Service was fast and cheerful, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was fun!

My 1st time ordering from here and I had the Hoffner. The sandwich was great as was the side salad. Everything tasted extremely fresh and my order was ready promptly and they looked to be extremely busy. I will definitely be returning to try some other menu items soon!

Melt absolutely blew us away! We’re visiting from the east coast, and the kindness and warmth of the staff really touched us. The prices were also so reasonable. And most importantly, the food was incredible. We got the vegan seitan verde, vegan chicken and biscuits, and the tofu scramble. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. If we end up moving here we will be regulars! Definitely come here if you’re vegan, the quality is right up there with vegan meccas and some of the best food we’ve ever had.
