The nastiest food I’ve ever tasted this the second time too and I tried to give them another chance I got a gyro burger and the burger was terrible the gyro meat taste old as hell If y’all want a real gyro burger go to hooks on colerain they food they cucumber sauce they fries they seasoning is wayyyyy better they quality of food is way better ewww I’ll never come to this place again I been throwing up all day after I ate here and it’s the only thing I ate today never again I would rate it half a star not even a 1 star

Always genuine staff here. Good people, good vibes, just real people. Food is good and always hot and made to order. Biggest thing here is the lemon pepper seasoning (in my Rick Ross voice) on anything here takes it up a notch. Atmosphere is basic, like something from New York late nigh or a Philly joint, but cool none-the-less. Decent variety and prices match portions.

I order from here almost everyday . Today I place order online and there a glitch to where it’s not letting you select different side items such as Mac and cheese . So I called this lady was very very rude I literally explained my situation 10Xs for 15mins , told her if it had not been a glitch online I would’ve been fine she literally told me she couldn’t help me she can’t do it if I didn’t leave a comment online ! Then I asked to speak with management she claim she was there alone . I’m so very unsatisfied and disappointed I spend too much money here I literally eat here allot . So she made this business lose a loyal customer with her lack of compassion EMPATHY AND INTEGRITY. I will be going on BBB leaving a review as well . She was very very UNHELPFUL AND RUDE

The gentleman who took my order over the phone was very polite. When we arrived, there was no system to who would get helped first. Unfortunately, when we got home, most of our whole chicken wings were not fully cooked. The few pieces that were done tasted fine, but I won't be trying this location again.

I was trying to order from Mike's chicken & fish but didn't realize there is 2 on North bend road. I ended up going 20 minutes out of my way & 20 minutes back to get my food instead of 3 minutes from my house. Needless to say that by the time I got home the food was cold. Fish was dry & fries were ok. Cole slaw was really good though!When I stopped at the one on North bend in Cheviot he told me I ordered from the wrong store and that it happens all the time. So you know it's a problem but not going to do anything to fix it so others don't end up going out of their way? Tried it once, Don't think I'll order again.
