Emily asked if I wanted toppings and suggested strawberry ? and caramel!!!! Ooh lalaWhat a wonderful euphoric explosion of flavors!!! The best thing I have eaten in years. Sweet, full of flavor, and with so many choices, you can't go wrong.My wife wanted to try something different and got a caramel macchiato milkie latte with boba last time and loved it.Tri was really great with our family. He even walked out to our table to check on how we liked our drinks. Really good service.The Milk cap on top is like a sweet cheesecake foam and is really different for me but was delicious. It is a dollar add-on.We drank our drinks before we took any pictures, so I guess we liked it. ?

I am a regular customer who drinks milk tea at this shop, but yesterday and today I ordered 12 cups of yammy Taro milk tea online and this is the second time I have had a very bad experience. it was nothing like what I drank at the store. Everything in the milk tea cup is frozen solid. Taro is not ground, I ordered 100% sugar but it was too bland. it's disgusting to drink it. It doesn't seem to have a recipe and just puts everything straight in, I can't drink it. I don't want to say these things. But I ordered milk tea 2 days in a row (3/29-3/30) and you guys really made my experience very disappointing.need to review.

I walked into this place on February 8th, 2024, at 7:45 p.m. after wanting to try this place for a long time. I’m new to the whole rolled ice cream thing, and let’s just say this is probably the worst place you could go for it. I asked a simple question about the process and flavors, and the lady working looked at me like I was a complete dumba$$, raising her eyebrows with a nasty look on her face. The service was absolutely terrible, along with her attitude. With an attitude like that, it makes sense why you’re working at a bubble tea or ice cream parlor because you don’t have the skills or personality to work anywhere else. Don’t waste your time with this washed-up excuse for a rolled ice cream or bubble tea parlor. You’re better off going to that place in the mall.

Very good! Love that they have rolled ice cream as well. The drinks were great. I got a matcha latte and he got the mint Oreo milkies. They played slipknot! That was shocking and awesome. We had a great experience. The ice cream comes out a little slow but nothing to be upset for.
Love trying a different drink each time I visit! Take your time looking at the menu wall! I should’ve taken a photo to post :/ always a nice pick me up drink when I don’t want to have another coffee during the day!

The cashier was extremely rude when ordering. Was on his phone for the whole order. When they had a problem with the Bingsu machine, they refused to let us order something else and took 15 minutes to fix the machine, even after asking if we could switch to something else. Will not be coming back to this location.
