Not impressed:I called ahead, didn't make a reservation (so I own that part), but was told they had 4-5 tables ready of I got there within the next 15 minutes. I got there in less than 10 and the only had one table outside. It was freezing.Our server was lifeless and dull. Absolutely no personality.I ordered the half chicken and asked if I could get a side of mashed potatoes instead of the potato bacon hash as I don't eat pork. He said he didn't know if he could do that. Well, good news is, they brought me mashed potatoes. Bad news is, they kept the bacon hash on the plate, so I couldn't eat anything that it touched. The chicken was NOT work $21.We waited over 20 min for our check once done. During this time I saw a manager ask the table behind us if they just walked back here or were actually seated because our waiter complained. Uh? Hellooooo? They were seated. You can't get all the way back where were were without being seated.Overall, for the hype this place gets, very disappointing. From hearing the two tables beside me, they were disappointed too.

We were travelling from Canada and saw this place right next to our hotel. Needless to say we were very happy it was! We got a table right away despite it being busy, the service was phenomenal, and the food was exceptional! Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Cincinnati in the future!
Stopped in for lunch and the food and service was great!! Loaded fries and Philly Cheesesteak were great.

Visited Moerlein Lager House from out of town before our concert. The beer can chicken sandwich was fantastic and the flights of beer left us wanting more. The service and atmosphere was great and should we find ourselves in Cinncy again, we would be back for more.

Event for Frozen Princesses was a great night for so many families! Noise was medium but so much excitement with lots of smiles. Our server Meshyeal made our evening perfect. Very nice family atmosphere!

I specifically was asked if I wanted a table for 4 or high top and chose a table so my 4 year old daughter would not have to battle the high chairs. I was still seated at a high top table and when the characters came around to the different tables it was rather risky letting the children get up and down from the high chairs. A little frustrating at first but many other children were doing it. Probably not a good idea for Moerlein House to risk that injury, especially for character greetings.

Went here for bockfest and brunch. The food was great and service was good, even though it was really busy. The German band playing in the Biergarten was extremely loud. They only had one door open to the area where we were sitting and we could barely talk to each other. They probably could have had half the size of the band in there and it would have been enough. Other than that it was great.

Overall good experience however twice my unfinished beer was removed from the table Also we got up to dance and other people took our table that we had been sitting at for a couple hours. The bockwurst sandwich was just okay. Normally we love the food at moerlein. We'll be back.
Bockfest at Moerlein was incredible. The food was great and the food temperature was right on. We loved the brunch and ordered some appetizers. Drank some beer with friends. I made reservations for 11am we were a little early but was seated immediately. Our waitress was very patient while 7 people ordered drinks and food. We didn't have to ask twice for anything. We will be back next year for Bockfest and many visits in-between. Overall our dining experience was exceptional. Thank you

Wow, is all I can say, an absolutely amazing dining experience and probably one of the best meals we’ve had in a really long time. The manager and our waitress were super nice and attentive and made us feel at home. The views were also amazing. But the food was incredible, we had the creole garlic shrimp and it was one of the best dishes ever. I also had the barbacoa short ribs and oh my, I savored every bite, my wife had the chicken and chorizo pasta which was also outstanding. The manager was so kind and gave us a delicious dessert on the house. We don’t live here but will remember this experience and definitely be back. (Only got a pic of the shrimp, was too distracted by the goodness)

We did the Saturday morning brunch and brewery tour and had a great time! Gabe was awesome and did a great job of explaining the whole brewing process. It was clear that he has a real passion for craft beer. The beers themselves were all very approachable and they have a great variety of options. The food was good as well but the people there really made it a great experience.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary! We had our 2nd date here on the same day 12 years ago. Moerlein Lager House is a wonderful place with fine food, great beer, and impeccable service! It's why it's one of our families special spots.
