I’ve only ever ordered from this place using the web portal. Today I placed an order from Northside, which took an hour and 15 minutes to get to me, the food was cold so for the first time ever, I called the store. Wow. Let me say, it was not a pleasant experience. The customer service is seriously lacking. I definitely will never spend another penny of my money on any of their products.

I order a large one topping pizza! The mgr was very disrespectful. I almost had to walk up there to check that white boy! I would never order anything else from this store! Straight garbage! Spend your money else where!!

Yikes. After today's order, I'm probably going to just shell out for expensive door dash from here on. A quarter of the toppings slid off and had to be redistributed and the pizza was poorly cut... like not at all. Plus, there's no option when ordering online to ask for extra bake. It's underdone and floppy. Oh well... maybe only sandwiches from here on out.

I use to live in northside, I love NYPD pizza. Good food. Good service. Delivered when they were supposed to. Price is awesome compared to everywhere else..
The pizza was ABSOLUTELY the best I've had in the last few years. Quick service, friendly, and great tasting pizza. Not overly done. The tomatoes sauce was fresh tasting and it didn't give me heart burn like some pizza sauces. For the price it was excellent tasting and I would go back.

I'm not sure, But lately I've been watching and noticing no one wears gloves when touching food, Making pizzas raw they should have on gloves. Some of the cooks are dirty as well. Aprons are dirty. They lean there behinds on the county that they prepare the food ...always. I won't be eating there anymore.

The Hoagies are my favorite. I love the way they close the bread and their selection of meats are always good. The pizza is good as well I love the homemade crust and the way they use the love and care to prepare each meal. Service is always nice, And there is no ambiance.
