I was wanting to order a meal over the phone because I was driving. I could not use my hands to order on the app or online again I was driving. The person who answered the phone asked my to wait. Her tone asking me was not present. I waited about 5 minutes. Then I hung up called again and the line was hung up on. I doing this all in the rain while driving to bring food to a person who is in a nursing home. I called a 3rd time got the same person who attitude was still not pleasant. The asked for a manager to take my orderShe didn't that interaction went well. I know I might be easier to order things on the online portal but for me at this moment it was a better fit for me to call.

everything was going great until hearing a worker say to another table “all these people they’re letting into our country are so rude” after a Spanish-speaking family had left their table. then they continued on about how basically immigrants are making life worse and harder in america and trying to talk to another table about it who were visually uncomfortable with the comments. really unprofessional and flat out rude to talk about customers in front of other tables.
