We went to lunch on 4/14 to Outback and hadn't been there in awhile. They had some new things on the menu we decided to try out. I had the blood orange margarita and he had the new blueberry lavender lemonade (which is very refreshing). We tried the new Sriracha chicken bites and Blooming fried chicken for lunch which if you haven't tried you should make your way to outback. Then for dessert we had the Tim Tam brownie cake which was delightful and I want to find some of those Tim Tam cookies.... probably try Jungle Jims :)

Walked in at 4:50 p.m. Friday. Nearly empty, with three parties waiting. We're told it's a 15-minute wait. Uh... no. If they're understaffed, service will be terrible. Why stay open if you can't staff your restaurant? Move the few employees to another restaurant. Went to the next closest one, which was well staffed and provided excellent service.

Is this location going to close? I noticed there is a new Outback being built across the street from Liberty Center and Shae Mills also has her name as the proprietor of that restaurant too.

We had chosen another restaurant at first but decided on outback. The host was a very nice young man.The Waitress was nice also at first, but she didn't seem to want to give refills we got appetizers drank most of our drinks with them out food came ate most of our meals no drinks .our steaks had so much seasoning that we were eating ice cubes to get it down, no joke. When we asked for refills and carry out boxes that was when the slight attitude popped up. I will say appetizers was a hit with everyone.Steaks definitely not.Very good chance we will not be eating at Outback again. Not just because of the Waitress but because it's just too expensive to spend money for food you can't enjoy.

Shrimp on the barbie, sirloin steak, and mashed potatoes were all horribly salty. We couldn't finish any of it. Literally all we could taste was the salt. Gross. Veggies, rice, and potato soup were edible, though.
