I will never visit this Panda Express again. This will be a long review but for my fellow patrons that visit here and ideally for management, this needs to be thorough.Was told at the drive thru intercom they were out of Firecracker shrimp. Fine, not a big deal. The amount of time I spent in the drive thru and the experience once I reached the drive thru window are the most remarkable. Spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me but this is not the most dissatisfying part of the experience, over 10 minutes of this was spent at the window as the drive thru assistant repeatedly returned to inform me that each item I ordered was not available. Here's an approximate timeline:0 minutes - It's going to be a 10 minute wait for the orange chicken you ordered. I switch to string beans and chicken and pay for our food.+4 minutes - Sorry, we're out of Beijing beef+6 minutes - We're also out of teriyaki chicken+9 minutes - We're also out of sesame chickenReceive our food and head out since we were now running late for another errand. Was given beef and broccoli instead of string beans and chicken.Things happen but finding out after 20+ minutes of being misled that I was going to receive nothing I ordered is unacceptable, even for "fast" food.Also, their drive-thru is annoying. You cannot exit once you've entered until everyone ahead of you is gone. If you needed to leave due to an emergency, you're screwed.

Ordered a plate with double orange chicken and a bigger plate with double orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. One with white rice and one with chowmein. Got two plates with chowmein and none of the entrees we ordered, even with an upcharge for the shrimp. Also got charged for a large ice water, which would have been whatever if the order was right.

Always order chicken egg fu yung and crab rangoon. It's ready in 15 mins and last 2 days. Very clean, but I never eat in. The owner is always friendly.Parking: Just a few parking spots in front of biz.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a curb, but don't think there is a flat surface directly in front. There may be handicap parking along the strip as there are several adjoining businesses at this place.

I came in around 6pm today December 3rd and ordered half chowmein half white rice in a plate. I received half white rice and the chowmein I received was more onion than noodle and I could tell it was from the bottom of the serving bowl and was not mixed in with the new batch like it’s suppose to be. I was very disappointed because I worked here as a 17 year old when it was first opened and remember how strict it was and how we made sure we never gave poor quality. So after taking a few bites of my chicken I decided that I really did want the chowmein I paid for and went back through the drive through told them about the chowmein and all I wanted was a new small side of chowmein. When they got to the window the girl at the window seemed irritated and asked for the plate back and said they were going to remake the whole thing. I didn’t ask for a new plate becasue I knew I took about 4 bites of my meat already and just wanted new chowmein. Well she took my plate said that they needed it and had to make a new one I gave it to her she took it laid it next to drive through bagging station and had a total of 3 people look over it and hover it and talk for a about a minute then gave me the plate back and said since u already ate some I’m just gonna give you a new chowmein. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just received the chowmein like I asked for in the first place instead of them breathing over my food touching it, inspecting it then giving me it back. The rules must have changed and customer service as well since I worked here becasue not once did anyone apoligize or tell me to have a good day or anything. And I know u can’t give someone a plate that u took back in and touched. I just decided I will not be returning and took the food back. I wonder who is running this store now because Eli was our manager back when it was still new and never would let employees act this way.
