So sad what Panera has become. A VERY open, cold space instead of the warm cozy space I would go and work on things (study/research/meet with business associates).This new, VERY SMALL, open concept is a step backwards for Panera. Add onto it the self checkout, self order spaces and it's even less intimate, less personal and more cold. So sad to see that this is what corporations and people like and want to move toward.I drove 30 minutes to come here, to find this newly built, sad, cold location in place of the older location.There's not even tables near the fireplace.So sad Panera, so sad.(I did NOT stay or order)Vegetarian options: VERY limited vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: gluten free options for gluten sensitive not available Definitely not vegan/whole food plant based friendly.Used to be, not anymore since the Big "C"

New store with drive thru. Only issue is the wait in drive thru line when order placed thru the app. Concern is how long is the food sitting while I'm waiting for others to place order or pick up. Hopefully this becomes a moot point as the store is new and might be working out the

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really about wheelchairs, but unlike the previous Beechmont Panera, this one crams people together with little or no separation, too noisy to hold a conversation, harsh lighting, and the worst atmosphere. I have seen in any Panera. You replaced a relatively quiet Panera with one that makes McDonald’s look like a three star restaurant. The atmosphere is completely sterile, and the aisles barely fit a wheelchair. If you have to go to this Panera, I recommend you go through the drive-through.

Placed order for 6PM pick up 11/27 6PM, 6 hungry family members looking forward to a great casual meal, at home order was short 4 bags of chips, 2 baguettes and bagel with cream cheese, family member went back to store for missing food, manager that handled, questioned missing bagel with cream cheese was in order and he needed to pay for cream cheesefamily member stated he left family, his dinner getting cold and not able to eat with family, kitchen staff member found bagel that was not placed in bag, chips, baguettes and bagel with cream cheese were given family member, manager stated he would deduct cost of cream cheese for his trouble, THIS WAS BELOW PANERA STANARDS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT NEED HELPCAUSED BY PANERA PERSONNEL
This Panera location was very friendly and helpful. I had accidentally online ordered to the wrong location and the staff was very nice and helpful in making sure I still received my order. The pick two I ordered was handled with care and very tasty! I'll definitely be back!

This is the second visit to a Panera where they've put avocado on my sandwich that I didn't order and am no less allergic to. I don't know why this is the case, but I don't think I'll be back again. Sadly, the food was overpriced for what you get. Coffee in both locations of place were empty. ?

How do you mess up a "Chicken and Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt" sandwich? Good thing I ordered soup to go with it because I had a feeling SOMETHING would be screwed up. I work in a Dr.'s office and drug reps regularly buy us the Dr.'s choice of lunch. Every time he or the other Dr's mention Panera, the girls in the office roll their eyes. We all know SOMEONE'S order is going to be screwed up. Sure enough!!!!!! My sandwich looked so good on the online menu, so I ordered the Chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt. No chicken was on it and I'm not exaggerating when I say I think maybe a tablespoon of sauce was on my sandwich spead out so thin you couldn't really see it beneath the skimpy layer of cheese and pepperoni. This place is just glorified nursing home food!!
