The people at this store seem very confusedCalled to place and order like we usually doHad a $30 gift card. My total was 38They told me I couldn’t use the gift card since my total was moreWe then said we would pay the balance with our credit cardThey kept telling us we couldn’t do thisTranaferred us 2… then finally got ahold of someone who said this was possibleThen at the end of call said they don’t deliver to our house.Which we have had them deliver pizza hundreds of times before…So dumb

Had this delivered and regret it. Missing pepper and garlic sauce for my pizza, and the corners of my cinnamon pull aparts was scorched. Called the store and the girl I spoke with was very defensive and claimed it wasn’t burnt… didn’t even ask for my name until mid way the conversation to pull up my order info, and offered a refund only when I volunteered to bring back the cinnamon bites the next day. Decided to keep them and declined the partial refund, and I never got an apology for the missing sauce and pepper. Marco’s Pizza definitely has them beat when it comes to customer service and their pizzas always tastes freshly made.Count your days, Papa?

This was the 2nd time I have ordered with the app at this location and both times I arrive on the later end of estimated pick up time (25min) and there are 15 people crammed in the lobby and I'm told 10-15more minutes. App says it's ready 45min later and I'm told 10 more minutes. Everyone is standing around confused and frustrated. People making pizzas are not we wearing gloves and just digging into the cheese with bare hands. Gross. An HOUR after placing my order I decide to cancel it since we are now late for our evening plans and I'm told our refund will be processed a few business days later with no offer to make things right whatsoever. The manager just asked me what I wanted them to do. ?. Many pizza places are busy in the evenings I have never had to wait an hour to pickup a pizza, there is something seriously wrong with the way this place is ran. At least 6 people behind the counter just walking around and no one knows what they're doing. We will never be returning after this. They say the app doesn't correlate with their store time as an excuse. Skip this one, trust me.

Horrible sent me the wrong pizza ask the driver to have the manager cal me! They did not! Had to reorder my pizza to get it correctly and they still made me pay for it!

So I called at 1:48pm a male with an Indian accent answers the phone, and I place my order. After placing my order, he pushly asked me if I would like to add on cheesy breadsticks or upgrade my pizza to a large size. I tell him that I’m with a customer and I do not have time for this and I would just like my pizza. 2:30 I call and he answers and says it will be on there in 10-15 minutes…3:15pm I call so hunger about my pizza. The Indian lady tells me I need to call back and press five. I do so in the American gentleman tells me I need to call back and press one. I am blowing a gasket at this point… The American man explained to me that my order was never placed. So the mail, Indian, who took my order decided not to place it because his ego was hurt that I had to hurry up and go at work…. I made it clear that I want my pizza and they have order of history with me. Not once did they offer anything for all the trouble and all the hours I waited on my food I would leave zero stars if I could.

Had Zach as our delivery driver, and he was fantastic! The new cool ranch papdieas are phenomenal! Big props to the whole team here, for doing everything possible to make the food and service the best i have seen in while!!

Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia was on the menu for dinner. Wings and a medium pizza part of the $6.99 deal rounded out the meal. The papadia was good, not great, I didn't get a real ranch dori to taste from it. Had plenty of ranch powder flavoring but not the taste. Overall its good. Worth trying. Comes with a dorito dipping sauce. Service from the Kenwood location was good.
