The French fries at Penn Station are the best of any where around. No matter the location consistently prepared and so deliciously addicting. The subs are a smaller width but you have three options as far as length and I believe the majority of the menu is prepared to order not all pre-cooked and kept on a steam table or worse than that re-heated in a microwave. I have always received consistent food portions, preparation, and flavor no matter which location.Parking: This location does not have the car service that is common at most locations but service is fast.

Came in and was warmly greeted by Zach and his team. Wonderful customer service, cleanliness, care, and attention to making me a great sandwich. It showed in the food. One of the tastiest subs I've had. This is a top notch Penn Station. Highly recommend it!

Greasy food and prices are way up. The treatment I saw management give another customer when they complained made me keep my mouth shut. But I won’t return. Yikes!!!!

Quality has gone down, ate there Saturday evening take out, I was really hungry and even though it was super salty ate it and was up all night running to the bathroom. Marked off my list.

Friendly employees but food quality is usually poor. Orders placed in the store are often wrong. Place always seems under-staffed which has employees running around making mistakes on orders. A lot of confusion on orders. Grilled meat is hit or miss, either cooked too long or not enough. I've personally thrown away 2 subs in the trash which is a waste of money and the reason I'm leaving a review. Like other reviews, subs are sloppy, greasy and not eatable. Save yourself money and go to another Penn Station location, not this one.

After purchase of a 100.00 gift card, we tried to usit less than 30 from purchase, we find out after ordering ourfood. .It had not been activated, the amazing people of your Alexandria store paid for my food... contacted corporate office and was reissued a new 100.00 gift card.. here I stand in line again trying to use my reissued and low and behold its not vaid.... and again the wonderfully people of your Alexandria location comped my dinner... what does it take to get your gift program together....please contact that location and credit Isaac the two meals and fix my gift card. This is embarrassing for myself and your company... do better.. ... Steve G.
