Why are there kids running around in the cabinets under the tea station? Nobody sees or says something? Mind your kids.But my order is always right and fresh. Kinda have to yell over the excavator fan. When ordering. Good food but I'd never eat in. Welcome to Norwood.

My mom and daughters love..and I mean love penn station..
This is Penn Station is the best one in the city. Fries were crispy and not greasy. The Philly was cooked perfectly. Meat not burned and toasted to perfection. Seriously, every other Penn Station needs to take notes.
So they told me at 8:24pm they didn’t feel like cooking fries. Mind you it was almost 200 potatoes in stock. Then stated they didn’t feel like cutting them. Like isn’t that your job I came in 2 hours before y’all closed very rude. Didn’t even offer a free drink

I didn't like the customer service the guy at the register taking orders wasn't friendly no kind of comprehension to understand and take a single order it was no compassion at all it felt like he was there just to collect a check and have a job trash on the tables and floor tables not clean and sanitized I didn't even use there bathroom because the toilet was filthy bathrooms wasn't or had been cleaned AT ALL ugh gross ? I'd rather starve then go there again
