Wow.... All I have to say about this visit is wow. I come here many of times ... this time we were celebrating my birthday and my sister said she was really in the mood for Pho... told her i knew the best place in town.... Well insert foot in mouth... I DO NOT know what happened since the last time I was here... but food straight down to the attitude of the service was BAAAADD. I ordered small 1 protein rare steak pho; my mother ordered the same as me... sister ordered chicken pho.... They bring pho with meatballs and other types of meat in mine & also my mothers ... informed the server this is the wrong thing .... I ordered just rare steak & also told her my mom received the wrong thing as well.... My mother didnt want to be a bother & doesnt like to send her food back so she just kept it. Mom & sister nearly done with theirs and im still waiting on mine and this is after they asked them to heat it up !!!! Mine finally shows, luke warm at best .... This is without the vegetables in it. ( the smallest plate of some brown a** vegetable for 3 bowls of pho ???.... You used to get your own now they charge BTW... bill comes of course we get charged for 3 protein pho... I told server bill was wrong, she then proceeds to argue with me about what i ordered.... But 3 different charges for things and my mother ordered the same thing as me ???? Answer that one??? Manager comes over took the spring rolls off .... And corrected the price of what was actually ordered... Did she make it right ... in my opinion No... All Pho was cold, broth bland and watery (Not the usual) we all ate at different times, the one extremely small plate of vegetables that we got were all wilted and brown and lastly your server wants to argue with me about what I ordered!!!! ..... Pho Lang thang used to be so great.... Its a shame when businesses create a great name for themselves then decide to go cheap. SMH .... DO BETTER !!!

The ambiance at the restaurant is lovely and inviting. The concise menu, compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants, is ideal, in my opinion. However, as a regular consumer of pho, I found the broth to be lacking in flavor. Additionally, while the grilled pork was tasty, the cold noodles were disappointingly clumped together into one large mass, which isn't how they should be served. For such a nice place, my wife and I were disappointed on how the food tasted.

Ordered pho ga and hot coffee with condensed milk. Pho broth was a little under seasoned but still very tasty. Coffee was amazing though came with a little extra condensed milk than I would like.

My new favorite pho place in Cincinnati. Everything tastes great and was reasonably priced. Plus the restaurant looks neat on the inside. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend this place.

The best quality, casual restaurant. The best for vegan options. Vegan "pho", cold noodle dish and fresh spring rolls. There is a bar and it is right next to Findlay Market.

I drive down here from Wyoming more than I'd like to admit. The tofu Bahn Mi is amazing. And the have Vietnamese coffee if you're looking to stay up for a couple of days.

Had lunch there today, the food was a amazing and the service was even better. We were served by Robin that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

This place was really good. The fried spring rolls where delicious. I got pho ga it was a simple delicious pho. When I go to Vietnamese restaurants I mostly don't expect a beautiful pho this pho had flavor it was simple and delicious it hit the spot. If I lived in Cincinnati I'd probably go to this place a couple times. I also got the pandan cake with vanilla soft serve and strawberries on top. It was delicious. I know love pandan cake. So from wanting something delicious and simple this place was perfect for a easy meal.

We order online nearly every week, and are constantly let down by ordering double meat and getting single portions for $42. Have resorted to weighing how much meat we get because of the scant amounts received. Love being loyal to you, but pay attention to your tickets when online orders come in.

Terrible experience. I live in Glendale which is 30 minutes away from this restaurant. I ordered the Shaken Beef which was listed as $20. Picked my order up, got home and there was no rice, only beef, salad and 2 eggs over easy. Without the rice, I am not sure what the hell I ordered for $20. I called and the hostess said that they have 2 options for the meal. One without rice for $20 or one with rice for $22. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Waste of time, and the beef was too tough. I asked for a full replacement and they said they would have to charge me again. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible experience. If you want delicious Shaken Beef for A LOT LESS MONEY, go to Saigon Noodle Bar in West Chester. Better service, better food and they don't play stupid games like this. I work hard for my money and carefully plan when I choose to order out. I hate wasting money. This was a waste of money and I won't be back. It's worth saying that they very next day I placed an order at Chef Nem Kitchen, who misread my order. They immediately replaced, plus gave me the entree that was made by mistake, plus 2 free drinks for the trouble. This is how restaurants who understand customer satisfaction and going above and beyond instead of treating people like oh well, tough luck, it's your fault for not looking through our entire menu to find the 2nd Shaken Beef entree 2 pages down. Get real. Saddest part is that I ordered 2 of the entree plus added 2 eggs. All I got was steak and eggs with a 2 ingredient salad for almost $50.

We were seated near the door. Zero ambiance at this location and it was cold. We had a reservation and there were open tables in the dining area. Wondered why we were seated in what felt like an overflow area. Server was taking care of the table next to us , going back and forth to the kitchen multiple times, but never even acknowledged that we were there. We waited at least 10 minutes before he stopped by. Cold rolls had long parsley stems and fell apart. Pho was good, but the basil was dirty. Not sure we'll return. Very disappointed.

Pho is my favorite food and it can be hard to find a spot with a vegan option. My grandmother and I check spots out constantly, and we have a joke that anytime I'm having a bad day it's instantly a "pho day" due to me frequenting this restaurant. I've come in to Pho Lang Thang countless times, and each time I feel so welcomed. Katie and Amy specifically are great servers who really cheer my day up, even if they don't know it. I always bring friends and family here, it's beautifully decorated and has so many different food options, it works for any occasion!

Food tastes really good and exceeds my expectations so highly recommend! Prices are reasonable, and service is pretty good.
