The staff were amazing given the circumstances. I’m not sure how familiar the higher up managers are with OSHA regulations and what a safe work environment is but 81° is absolutely unacceptable. And the fact that every employee is able to maintain a friendly face and still be extremely patient and kind is amazing to me. There is no excuse that a company charging around 10-12$ for a sandwich that I can make at home for less should be putting their employees at risk of heat exhaustion or any other health risks due to high temperatures in a kitchen. Fix the AC or close the store. There’s no excuse and it is unacceptable.

I went here to order a sandwich and they served me bread with mold on it. I didn’t notice it until I got home, and tried to call the manager to rectify the situation. She did nothing but tell me I’d have to drive back nearly 20 miles WITH THE SANDWICH in order to provide me a refund. With a manager like that, I can see why an employee would be vile enough to serve me something like that. I won’t be back to this location.

Traditional sandwich shop. Standard dining fair, clean and well maintained interior, but what pushes this establishment into 5 star service is the antics of one Robert. This kind individual plays the straight man to the comedy stylings of the local law enforcement. His smile and personality could fill a room. I plan on visiting again just to sample the chicken club, a few laughs, and stories about Robert's bowling teammates Moses, Lazarus, and Ruth.Pro Tip. Robert is hard of hearing he like it when you shout at him.

I keep trying to give this place chances but every time I do an online order it takes them way past the pickup time to make it and I have to repeat my full order and name to them multiple times while I wait forever in line. If I do an online order it should be as easy as me picking it up when it’s ready. Please work on your customer service skills..

I ordered the chicken pot pie soup which I did not receive. I received someone else's order. Potbelly said they would cancel my order so I could reorder. Out of $14.00 only $2.00 was returned to my $20.00 gift card. So I could not reorder. Not enough funds. So no chicken pot pie soup for me.

Came in today April 19th with my two young sons and my parents. The line was long but they got us through quick. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and efficient. The food was good per usual. I love Potbellys every time but what set this visit apart is my son had an absolute meltdown tantrum as soon as we sat down. Once he calmed down and our meal was done an older black man approached us I didn't get his name but he joked around with us and my son and then offered to take him up to pick out a free cookie. It was just above expectation service and I really appreciated the gesture it was so thoughtful!
