We arrived earlier than our reservation time and they were able to seat us right away. Our server Paula was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. Definitely ask for her. She's the best!!!!

Dining experience at the Tampa Hard Rock was phenomenal! I accidentally booked the Cincinnati restaurant. The staff was very accommodating to allow us to dine at a very busy time when the restaurant was at capacity. The food was exceptional!

We have eaten at Council Oak multiple times. This night was not what we expected. Service was very, very slow. My Sea Bass was burnt, my husband's steak was very thin and over cooked. We waited so long for things, we did not want to be kept longer by returning it. We were also sat along the tables at the back window. I sat on the booth portion. I was sitting on the hard end connections of the booths, it was very uncomfortable, I shifted off to the side, but another couple was sat next to us. Overall, not our best visit. The lobster bisque was excellent!

The place was beautiful. It caught us off guard that it was inside the casino. The lamb chops were overly fatty, soup was cold, salmon was ok. It was overly priced. I would not return.

Steaks were switched on delivery but we didn't notice until after we had eaten a good portion so decided not to complain. Server was attentive at the beginning of the meal but towards the end was slow to clear dinners and cash out.

We were in Cincinnati on business and looking for a steak dinner. We were surprised when our Uber arrived at a casino. It wasn't clear from the Open Table listing that the restaurant was in one. The food and service were great, but a little pricey.

Several of the items were too salty. The Grilled Octopus was salty again for the 4th time. Both salads were too salty to eat. Looks like someone sprinkled rock salt granules on the salad ( you have salad dressing, blue cheese, bacon, etc. do you really need more salt?) The lamb was under seasoned. We will be back but the kitchen staff needs to get their head on straight.

Normally good but this visit was a wasted effort. Shrimp was not good. Prime rib looked too bad to eat. Ordered a steak and it was over cooked. After an hour I had to eat a not so great steak. Most concerning is nothing was done to make up for the negative experience.

I have been here more than most. Tonight's service was probably the slowest and off putting since this place opened. $56 filet ordered mid rare came out well done. Took 75 mins to get our entrees and not once did our server check on us. Sides (Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes) were amazing but couldn't make up for the disappointment that our 2 hour visit was. I felt sorry for the floor manager who was being hammered by almost every table due to timeliness of food and overall quality. It will be a while before I give them another try... and yes I paid for my meal. Every penny of it and even tipped 15%. Usually 20% or better but not tonight.

Ordered a filet rare, it came out medium/medium well and the entire surface area of it was charred to the point of not being edible. When the waiter came back to check in, he offered to bring me a new steak. However, it took him so long to check in that my guest was already finished with her meal, so I left hungry.

Waited 25 minutes before we even saw a server and put in our drink order. We were there 1.5 hours before our food came out. The filet was a grey hockey puck. The skirt steak was just okay.

I had to book an early (5:45 PM ) Dinner due to Reservation limits. When I arrived the Restaurant was pretty much empty even at 7:30 when we left. They had plenty of help , so why the restrictions on times ??

We really enjoyed our experience before the Beach Boys concert. Our server was second to none, & Leo is such a great ambassador of Council Oak. He made us feel right at home. Thank you!

Never using OpenTable again. For the 2nd time in about 1 month, despite plugging in the actual city the restaurant I'm targeting is, and being in the same city as the restaurant while using the app, OpenTable took me to a restaurant of the same name in a different city. This time it was in Ohio somewhere, a place I've never even thought about. OpenTable might as well have made a reservation for a restaurant in Nepal. The first time I didn't complain because the restaurant was able to fix OpenTable's screw up. But this second time the restaurant didn't bother even trying to understand or resolve and instead told me to get out of the way so they can attend to other people. Also, this time, I happened to be in a casino 2 hours before a show, and every single restaurant in the area was totally booked. So after hiring a babysitter for a date night with my wife I had to tell her she would have to choose between the caesar salad wrap or the chicken salad sandwich from the grab & go. 0 out of 10 for OpenTable and 0 out of 10 for the restaurant that was rude and did not care at all to try to assist.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at this restaurant. The food was great, the service was prompt and friendly. We weren't expecting it to be in a Casino, but once you are inside, you are away from the Casino experience. The Brussel Sprouts with bacon Jam and Mashed Potatoes with wine sauce were amazing. They had wonderful food, it was a great experience.
