I have been staying at The Phelps for business. I frequently get in late, and quite frankly do not feel like going out. The Phelps Bar is the perfect solution. I have been staying at The Phelps Hotel on and off for roughly a month so far. I have had most of their menu items and have yet to have one that has not been excellent. They recently changed their food and drink menu, so there are many new items to try. They have an outstanding "Signature Drink" Menu. My favorite is the Fig & Rosemary Old Fashioned that is hands down the very best Old Fashioned I have had anywhere, and that includes The Greenbrier Resort. The staff are all amazing and help to make the experience even better. My hat is off to Mark (I think he is the manager), Kat and Tynisa who run the bar, and David the cook. If you find yourself in the Downtown Cincinnati area close to the stadiums, then you really should try The Phelps Bar. You will not be disappointed.

We stopped in for drinks and a late night snack after a concert a Kat, and Cali were amazing! We only had a few minutes before the kitchen closed so they hooked us up and Steve and B.A. made some amazing food even through it was right before closing. Appreciate that everyone took the time and attention to take care of us even though it was almost time to close the kitchen. We enjoyed some great conversation we Kat and Cali! Very personable and attentive! Will definitely visit again!

We loved sitting at the bar in Phelps and visiting with Kit. She made us amazing drinks and made us feel like Renaissance was our home.

Terrific spot for drinks. Kathleen Styers bartender and clearly a seasoned mixologist was very knowledgeable of the menu and quick to make recommendations based on your palate. The bar is very trendy and just a nice intimate spot to grab a drink or meet with friends. Highly recommend.

On the rooftop and was craving and espresso martini. Went down to the main lobby and KAT the bartender made me the best espresso martini! She was the best and I have nothing but great things to say about this location and KAT!! ????

We were staying at Residence Inn/ The Phelps for Christmas II and having family come to meet up with us at the Phelps Bar. Kathleen took care of our drink orders and then, after we moved our group into an adjoining room, she, Kim , and Nicole took care of our food orders, refills, and more, all while attending to other customer in the main bar area. Food and drinks were very good, but what made the evening great was the great service and friendliness of Kathleen, Nicole, and Kim….above and beyond in all aspects.

Francis at the front desk was quite possibly the nicest front desk person I have even came across. Kat was absolutely great, extremely personable and quite to serve. The lone piece of feedback was to be able to get food a bit later on the weekend.
The service i received from Kat was excellent the drinks where amazing not only where the drink wonderful B.A. chicken sandwiche was on point very juicey and great along with the help from Nicole i had a very nice time there and would recommend it to anyone.
