I love rally's, but it's always hit-or-miss miss. Burgers are usually great, but the fries are mostly too old or too hard. Everyone loves their fries, and it's a mager let down when they aren't right.

I got the new fry burger and the BBQ swiss. Both sandwiches were extremely dry, and the crispy onion pieces were old and soggy. The fries on the burger were fresh and crispy. The meat seems to have changed for the burgers. It tasted like a very flimsy JTM burger.
I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only 2 cars in front of me.

Horrible! Pulled me to the side for 10 minutes for some fresh fries (mind you I'm the only person in line because it's damn near 2am) the worker proceeds to hold his pants up and give me hot fries with a burger that had to be in the refrigerator because the patty and bun was not even room Temperature. Please be better

You should know what you're getting in to. It's fast food. Fries are some of the best on the planet. Get whatever is on special otherwise, or the ol Big Buford. Just don't forget fries, and maybe monsterella sticks.

Stopped here at 11:30 at night and the drive thru time was fast. Only two staff members but they were really nice and Food came out quick. Food was really good! Will be back here ?

The burgers were good. The problem was their drive through window was broken so you had to get out of your car and wait for your food. That particular days it was 30 degrees and sleet was coming down. ☹️

Unfortunately bathrooms are not made for oversized people, Lady’s bathroom has a prison toilet seat. Sinks are unholy… would not recommend performing baptism in these sinks. At least the water coming out of the hole in the sink wasn’t brown this time!
