Best lunch spot in downtown Cincinnati. Prices are reasonable and the food is always good.

The service was great, food came quickly and the staff were kind and willing to help. The seating was mediocre and felt kind of cramped, but that wasn't a big deal, layout and vibe was fine.As for food, it tasted good but there were 3 falafels on a $15 (combination) platter ☠️, quite disappointing and makes me inclined not to visit again.

Really delicious food and so far the best Mediterranean meal I've had in Cincinnati. I ordered the Kafta Platter, and it was super tasty. Will be back!

Sem is the best! Her authenticity and sweetness are so warm and inviting. The food is delicious, filling, and very reasonably priced. The gyro was less than $8 and perfectly made. Highly recommend the homemade hummus and pita, too!

****ROACH IN MY FOOD*****Visiting Cincy for a few days and decided to visit this restaurant. I almost said no but my husband wanted shawarma so we went in. We ordered 2 chicken shawarma with fries. It was about $22. When we got home, I unwrapped my shawarma which has very little chicken in it and there was a BABY ROACH IN MY FOOD!!! I returned to the restaurant for a full refund and gave them their food back. They were apologetic but since THE ROACH was dead it was probs cooked with the food. I didn't want to write this but cleanliness is important when it comes to the food business and this is unacceptable.Edit: just changed the recommended food item

Really good gyro plate, the meat has a really good flavor and the taziki sauce was excellent. The service was mostly good but our server seemed a little distracted. Nice location, looked very clean.

Pathetic service, filthy restaurent, unprofessional staff. They were not even bothered to give a clear receipt for my order. Upon my request to provide a clear, readable receipt, the lady at counter just said "this is what I can provide". The picture provided below.Food was bad as if half cooked. Unclean cutlery, restaurant full of flies.I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Ordered carryout regularly at this place years ago. Stopped in today and was disappointed with my chicken kabob platter. It was dry, lacked flavor, smaller portions and cost more. Maybe they can't help the last part, but definitely not what it used to be.

I had called to ask if the meat they serve is hand slaughter or machine slaughter, or even if it is zabiha halal. The lady didn't understand well, so I asked to speak to the owner. She hangs up on me. I call again and spoke with a man (not gentleman), he says hold on and hangs up. I called again, spoke with another lady, she said oh I understand then hands the phone to another lady who gets frustrated and says if you want to place an order then do or I'm busy and hangs up. I call again, she says, I don't want to serve you. In all, maybe this place is not halal at all. I would stay away or if I get time in my travel to Cincci, I might stop by and talk in person. But I feel they might call the cops lol. It's a simple question, if they don't serve halal, then that's fine, it's their business. For myself, I just wanted to know for my own faith and beliefs.

Features Tzatziki sauce made with yogurt, very tasty. Honest yogurt tzatziki would probably guarantee 5 stars even if other aspects of the food lagged.I had a falafel sandwich, the lettuce and tomato were fresh and the tzatziki was delightful. The felafel itself was good, but I would have liked it better just a little spicier and a little toastier. The pita bread was excellent. The service was extremely friendly, and prompt, despite the restaurant opening very recently.
