Your solution for dine-and-dashers is to fire the server, whom had absolutely nothing to do with it other than serving them? What is wrong with your management, did they just get their jobs last week? Management here dropped out of high school the other day? Embarrassing and scummy actions taken against someone's livelihood? Are you 5 years old? Come to this Red Lobster for free food, they'll let you do it and just fire the staff.

Based on what we saw at this restaurant I understand why it’s going to file bankruptcy. The place was half empty but the hostess told us it would be 10 minutes and took our phone number. We went to sit at the bar which was covered in dirty dishes. The hostess came back to us two minutes later and said our table was ready. Waitress was very attentive and food was good as usual. Bathroom was a disaster - no clean towels available. Doors were dirty.

First, my wife and I both agreed our stuffed mushrooms tasted the worst we've ever had. My lobster was not cooked correctly, so it was very chewy. Our server was very nice, but the service was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to get our second beers. The broccoli was supposed to be seasoned but had nothing on it. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We would not recommend Red Lobster. $145.00 is the same money no matter where you go, so the food and service should be the same as you would get anywhere else.

3 stars due to not having a menu for senior citizens. Getting a full size serving is entirely too much food. I hate seeing that much food go to waste. If you could get the lunch special during all hours it would be great!

We dined at the Kenwood Location tonight and I must say " I was over the top PLEASED!". We had a waitress that was new, she said she had only two months under her belt. Her name was Summer, and before I left...I had to thank her. Out of all the times me and Mitchell have gone out to eat, every place we go they always keep his glass filled with Sweet Tea, but when it comes to me...I always have to ask or put my glass on the front of the table to be picked up then I'll get asked if I want more. But today!!!!! Summer brought me a refill and I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything. The food was on point, I tried something totally new and it was DELICIOUS! but my highlight was that "Refill" thank you so much Summer...you are the first person to ever "bring me a refill without me having to darn near beg for it"...big thanks goes to everyone at Red Lobster?...

Went there this past Thursday! The biscuits are amazing!! And the fettuccine Alfredo was delicious! We went there on a week night and it was actually quiet. I also enjoy seeing the lobsters in the fish tank! They’re always fun to watch when I go there! I also want to try the chocolate cake there too! Also, please don’t take the lobster tank out. I enjoy watching them while I wait. I also loved the blue margarita whatever you call it. It’s sweet with a taste of coconut. I had several sips from my dad’s glass. He didn’t like it but I SURE LOVED IT! Please keep it on the menu.

Order on internet for curb-side take out, and left a good tip. What I received: They forgot my cheesecake slice(I'm not driving 10 miles back to RL to get it.) My 1 and half pounds crab legs, were more like a pound. The potatoes under the crab legs were cooked but cold. Not room temperature cold, but refrigerator cold. I enjoyed the mac n' cheese and the cheddar biscuits. Total bill 65.52 the second most expensive meal I've ever had. Ironically some of the worst service and product quality I've ever received.
