The service here was dampened by the hostess. Terrible attitude and simply unkept. Colleen was dismissive and rude. Our server was amazing but everything else, down to the Management subpar.

Excellent restaurant inside Hyatt Regency hotel. Bartenders were helpful with food and drink suggestions. A nice place to relax at the end of the night.

I went in with high expectations and was pleasantly surprised.

Our waiter was bad, the food limited, and the space too noisy. Don't waste your time and money.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. The chef Eric came out to make sure all was wonderful and every single dish we had was indeed wonderful. I will 100% come back to have this food yet again.

This was the first time I was not happy with their food. I didn't care for their smoked salmon with dried capers. It had no particular flavor and the dried capers was like eating a nut. The brownie was more like it wasn't cooked all the way.

Dinner and drinks at the Red Roost Tavern was a perfect nightcap after a long day of travel. I walked in on a slow Sunday night. I initially waited to be seated trying to adhere to the sign that instructed me to do so, but after minutes passed by and I saw no one other than the bartender and a perfectly good bar I decided just to sit at the bar. The Red Roost Tavern had a typical hotel restaurant feel - generic and forgettable - but there were plenty of televisions to see the Sunday night football games. The bartender was fantastic. I never saw another employee the entire night but she ran food, made drinks, bussed plates all the while being engaging and conversational. She is the type of bartender who can make any customer feel at ease. The food was good. I ordered a burger and it was delicious. It wasn't a "go out of your way" for burger, but it was above my expectations. Juicy, flavorful, perfect thickness of the bun. The French fries were the classic golden fries that were a bit bland. The Regency Revenge was a great drink - it was basically a margarita variety but was well balanced, slightly tart, and quite refreshing. It was a good experience!

Sadly we didn't actually eat. It appears unlike other restaurants who updated their Thanksgiving Day hours on Open Table, Red Roost Tavern did not. We had a confirmed reservation for brunch, and headed downtown. A Hyatt staff member was very rude and unsympathetic to us finding out the restaurant was closed until 4, and could not honor the reservation. I We won't be trying this one again.

The service was extremely slow, and we were one of 3 tables our server had. Our server was talking to someone on the phone via earpiece the whole time we were there. We waited 30 minutes for her to turn around from rolling silverware to bring us our bill. The wings and fish n chips were okay, nothing to write home about. The fish n chips come with a spicy sauce, and they do not have any tartar sauce.

Bar/restaurant. Understaffed. Ordered Fishwich w/fries and Grilled chicken sandwich w/fries. Both were overcooked & tough. Overpriced for quality of food.

Awful. The food was extremely overpriced for tasting like it just came out of the freezer. The service was also not good. I'm still mad I paid $16 for 6 small wings.

Stopped for dinner before game, food was great. Only drawback, they do not have tartar sauce on hand for fish and chips (fries) dinner. Now, they do have a sauce to go with it, but not everyone's flavor on fish. Kitchen might want to think about having ingredients on hand, to whip some up until request. (It is pretty easy to make) Some consumers simply prefer the traditional sauce. Please don't understand my comment as a negative critique towards the kitchen, it was meant only as a suggestion. The food selection and marriage of ingredients are pleasing to the palate. The combination of flavors in the salads are scrumptious. Kudos to the chef. I had enjoyed chicken sandwich and fries, the chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. As I am picky about French Fries, this chef has mad skills. Thank you for the outstanding service and delicious meals before a fun night of football.
