There mild sauce is like water. Appetizers come out when your food is ready. I don't think want to eat at roosters anymore. It's to expensive for food that's not great at all. Service was great. Food sucked.

I lived in Columbus for a while and Roosters was a staple for me. I always said they were underappreciated by locals because it's hard to find wings this consistently great and affordable in most cities. After coming to Cincy and trying this location, I'll say it's up to par with the Columbus locations; they're not stingy with saucing the wings, tots and wedges were perfection, and my online order was ready 10 mins before pickup time. They get my stamp of approval!

Best wings ever, hands down! The service here is what stands out though, it was absolutely impressive! The employees run this place like a well oiled machine and it was quite interesting to watch ( because it doesn't happen at very many places). They were super busy, every seat at the bar was filled, they were packed out, but we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a single thing except the food, and it was not a long wait at all. I can't say enough good things about the service and food here.

Terrible!!! We made arrangements for a group of 13 to celebrate a 91st birthday. Before we order there a group of 20 small children (approximately 10 years old) with no parents. The children were yelling, screaming, running, bouncing off it chairs. We brought to the waitress's attention and told us that they were a party of 34 people and the parents were in the other room ?!?! Told her this wasn't gonna work that they need to get some parents in here to keep these obnoxious children in line. NOTHING. This kid has been talked to the manager. She informed me it was a group that had a reservation for 34 and they were waiting for another table to free up to move the children with their parents. I told her that until that time they needed to get someone in to sit with the children to make them behave as they were bouncing off a 91-year-old's chair. She said she would go talk to the parents . NOTHING Parents and restaurant management should be embarrassed for this absolutely unacceptable and obnoxious situation. Nothing was done. There was no apology, and the meal was totally ruined. We had a group of varying ages and couldn't even talk.
