We waited 1.5 hours to receive our appetizer. Another 30 minutes to receive our entrees. We did not receive any discount for our wait. This was our anniversary celebration and it was a lousy experience. We did not receive our desert until after we received the check. Our drinks were good but took a while to get replacements when ordered. I had a medical situation and requested a glass of orange juice from the server. She never brought the juice. My wife went over to the bar and received a glass of juice from the bartender. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I called and shared my experience with a manager. I hope to receive a return call.

This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!

Restaurant was pleasantly quiet for a weekend but that just made it better. Had a great evening with our friends and the food was amazing. We shared a porterhouse which was definitely more than we both could eat. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Atmosphere and food was both excellent. Only complaint is parking and how the garage is so hard to get into. Know that's not the restaurants fault but sure keeps us from visiting more often

The Prisoner Taste Makers Wine Dinner was outstanding. Love the pairings and food quality. Love that you have these dinners available; such a treat. Lance and David did a great job taking care of everyone and hats off the Chef and team in the kitchen.

We went to celebrate our 49th anniversary the staff was excellent in helping us celebrate our anniversary. Mario was our server he was very. He was very knowledgeable. Explain how everything went. The food was good, and the atmosphere was good. Thank you, Greg

Third visit to this location and have not been disappointed. The filets are the best I have ever had and their sweet potato dish is to die for. Their manager always checks on us and seems like a nice old man. Our servant was really friendly and did good job.

Where we sat, the view was of paycor stadium of the Cincinnati Bengals. The food was out of this world. I like steaks just seasoned with salt and pepper. No steak sauce needed.

Abysmal service that wouldn't be acceptable at Shoney's. We came in just after 5:00 and the place was virtually empty outside the bar. Evidently they were down two servers, but our server was so casual and laconic you'd have never known it. One table per trip to the dining room with zero eye contact to check tables and then gone for 10 minutes. We rationed our water knowing refills would be sporadic and still sat with empty glasses for almost 15 minutes. I barely touched my au gratin potatoes because I just didn't like them(get a salamander or a blow torch ffs, cheese needs to be caramelized), and neither she or the manager commented on them.I eventually hunted my server down to give her my card and ask for our desserts because our show was approaching much quicker than she was, and FIFTEEN minutes later she showed up with naught but forks for our desserts. Fifteen minutes after that I hunted down the manager and made my displeasure clear. She was much more concerned with her night than mine and did nothing for me but expedite the check. I've been in the industry for 25 years in every position from dishwasher to GM, and I expected memorable service at a place charging $70 for an entree and another $15 for the side. Instead these people totally took us for granted, and I'll never be back despite the truly delicious steak.

The food and waiter were great. There was a problem, however, with the kitchen getting the food out in a timely manner. Once it did arrive, the steaks were very hot and maybe some of the best we've eaten.

We had reservations at this location after the Kevin Hart Comedy show. We were first told by Cathy the manager that we had 15 minutes for a table to open or we would have to leave. We were accused of being past or 15 minutes grace period which when she checked we weren't. Cathy also told us she didn't have any reservations after 9 but she did and not just us. The way Cathy handled us wasn't even with common courtesy.

My wife and I had the signature meals of surf and turf with filets and either shrimp or lobster tail. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. My lobster tail was delicious. We started with the stuffed mushrooms with crab at Brice, our server's, suggestion. Very tasty and adequate for 2. The Caesar salad was generous. It was good but included a bit more Parmesan than I preferred. Ruth serves family style and mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were included with our meals. Both portions were more than we could eat and added to the meal. Lastly, we had the cheesecake and berries. A nice finish. The only negative was some street entertainment could be heard inside the restaurant and was distracting.

Manager asked me to fill out this review because we said how great the food was. Usually avoid these comments but wanted to help them let everyone know how great an experience they would have here and that the steaks are unbelievable.

Deplorable experience. Despite having reservations, we waited for 30 minutes while the dining room sat half empty. The manager was visibly disgruntled and stressed. The ambiance is dated, the tables and chairs are too close together, like literally chair-back touching chair-back. There was junky valentines confetti on every table though it was St Patty's weekend?? Caused serious safety concerns for our toddler. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of milk for my 2 year old. After another 15 minutes we finally received my son's meal, his salmon was bland and the “steamed” broccoli was essentially raw. At this point we walked out. Visit lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes we received a cup of milk, raw broccoli and mediocre bread. Extremely disappointing experience. The dated ambience, food timing and presentation, and staff (or lack thereof) do NOT necessitate the asking price.
